I've often hear in example Japanese conversation the word "Nene" or "Ne." What exactly does that mean or it does not mean anything like "yoisho."

      NEE
ねえ(nee) / ねえねえ(nee nee) are used to start the casual conversation and get attention.
      ねえ、おねがい Hey, please(asking a favour)
ねえねえ、きいてる? Hey, are you listening to me?
      NE
The particle ね(ne) is used when we want agreement with some assertion, like a question tag.
It‘s used for both formal and informal.
このジュースおいしいね This juice is nice, isn’t it?
ねえ(nee) is an expression and ね is the particle.
よいしょ is used on its own like as an exclamation.
