It is a bummer being sick anytime. Especially vacation time. Yay a new trip planned!! Been struggling with food some myself. You have a lot going on and sending lots of love❤️🥰❤️🥰 Yay word of the year, looking forward to it.

I’m off the wagon too 😢 I’ve been so busy that I’ve been eating like crap and not working out…definitely overeating but i’ve found myself with no time to change things. I feel awful lately.

Thanks. It was just one of those colds that lasted too long. What I really needed was those days to just relax and take a break which I did. I've got your video on my watch list. Idk when I'll be able to get to it but the title seems like my life. I function off caffeine these days myself!
