Yes - pls do a vid on how you are intermittent fasting. I’ve been doing it three or four days a week for the past year and I am noticing that my body has adjusted, I’m not seeing the same benefits. Unless I food cycle carbs, fats etc., I just hate doing that because inevitably I always miss what I can’t eat.

So, I have a question I’m around 5’4 and 140 pounds.I’m trying to lose weight and I do have a workout plan it is 5x4 curls with 15 lb weights 5x4 lunges 5x4 squats 5x4 bench press with dumbbells 15 push-ups with weights. Can you tell if this is enough?Should I change? and should I try to eat 1,300 calories and 110g of protein a day? Thanks !
