Not only for bank employees....Its also extremely irritating for customers....Whenever we go to bank for work bank employees harrass us with their plans....I'm literally avoiding to go to bank because of this....One of my farmer friend took loan from bank few years ago and when he went there to repay it they literally harass him to take 1 lakh FD first...Otherwise they will take more than a month to make loan payment certificate....This should stop....
Also one thing I observed....In private banks....Bankers check ur account balance without ur permission....If u have good balance then they will harass u and call u multiple times and ask u to make fd or take some kind of insaurance policy....

Daily target milega saam me puchhega aj kitna kiya uske bad bahut datega beijjat kar dega boss.bank nhi nikalega but agar apko sunna achha nhi lagta hai to ap gusse me khud hi chhor doge . 10-11-12 hours duty.maine niit se training kiya or join kiya 4 din me chhor Diya hu aj se hi 😒 padhne ka time nhi milta tha. Private bank is just like hell.

नये candidates ki लाईफ बरबाद कर रहे हैं l inko loan भी देते है aur target भी देते है टार्गेट पुरा ना होने पर क्या galiya sunnai जाती है ये पूछो मत १२ घंटे काम करो aur mentally भी खुद harrass हो जाओ इससे अच्छा तो खुद का कूछ बिझनेस करो खुद के लिये जिओ aur जिंदगी का मजा उठाव they treated like slave

I worked in insurance. And always look the bank employees..now i have decided i m going to do bank job without pressure but showing my boss that im in pressure make sad face. I want to be that nirlajj employee cool employee in bank..its my dream to work in bank like if i dont do business bank will terminate me no problem atleast im not taking stress ..as i had seen too much stress ..so nobody can give it more

Candidate should have a Graduate degree with professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy, ICWAI or CFA. Alternatively, should be a CA/ICWAI-Intermediate, MBA-Finance with 2 years of experience Or should have Graduate, Post-Graduate degree from a Premier institution preferably in Economics / Commerce / Business Administration or Finance with min 3 years of experience.
