If Targets not meet, Every 6 Months, 1 year Company change, Not stability job, Employee looses intrest & frustrated one fine day

NIIT (a training company collaborated with icici) training us online which we are paying 50k for that and after they will place is in icici .

Bank is all about selling insurance. You will be an insurance agent.
dont join all this bullshit programme rather try to improve your communication and selling skills bank (private) just look for this two things only don't spent 2-4 lakh for lending into a position where a mere graduate student will join using these skills.

One of my known worked as a PO in Punjab National Bank recently he left his job and joined as a senior analyst in one of the finance company with inhand 1.5 lkh/ month he is fully satisfied with his decision and one of my cousin brother joined HDFC Bank as a teller back in 2016 with inhand salary of 19k now he is branch manager in axis Bank with 75k inhand salary

Koi v ho only graduate hone se hi bank job dega, q ki itna jada sales target pressure hai ki log jada din tikta hi nehi, 100 me 75 resign deta hai. Dimag kam karna bandh kar deta hai itna kharab bartab milta hai. Dunia ka sob se kharab pressure ka kam hai ye, jo join nehi kia hai usko pata nehi or wo mera bat avi samjhe ga v nehi.
