It took me the entire 1 hour and 15 minutes and I also did not study for the exam and I passed. It’s not hard, just pace yourself, focus on the question and y’all should be good.

Defiantly go to a library or somewhere that is quiet with Wifi because you will need to look hard into the questions and answers. I failed because I was around loud mouth that was distracting and now I need to wait six months to try again at that career. Maybe I will find something better during the wait because it just wasn't meant to be but it is pretty ridiculous to have to wait half a year with the current border situation being so bad and CBP being in such high demand. Everything said in this video is factual.
