Thanks to all of the preparation I had through your videos, I had an amazing unmedicated and natural birth for my first. My husband watched too and was able to give counter pressure through all my contractions. I was able to peacefully pass through transition and pushing without much pain! It was so empowering! And I thank you for that:)
Hi Bridget, I just had to leave this message to let you know I watched lots of your videos during my pregnancy. I learned so much from them, particularly how to breathe properly to manage contractions. I really wanted to avoid an epidural. I'm delighted to report I had a beautiful baby boy on Wednesday and managed to get to 9cm on 2 paracetamol 😂 I used a little entonox between 9 & 10 and baba arrived safe and well shortly after. Never once was he in distress thank God. I labored upright the entire time (mainly because I couldn't sit or lie down!!) and had such a wonderful first time experience. Thank you so so SO much for your content!! Also to the midwives in the Coombe hospital in Dublin, Ireland - you ladies are absolutely AMAZING!
Hi Bridget, My daughter wants me 2 b her birth coach/doula but I can not find any books on birth massages, breathing techniques etc. Please help. I was going 2 get certified to become a doula but it's more than I need 4 just my daughter's birth. My 1st grandchild ever!! I'm 54. She sent me your link and I love it. I have 2 weeks!!!!🤗🤗
Hi Bridget I watched a lot of your videos there great and informative I really started to feel I could do it vaginally... But it turns out I had a c section due to health conditions of mine but still really great videos👍
Some amazing ideas here! Favourite one would have to be the Audible subscription! As a parent its nearly impossible to find the time to sit down and ready a book so it's an amazing way to still "read" while on the go! :)
