You bypassed that "protect something" focus because it required you still being a satellite (this is because the "a deal with japan" focus would have made you independent and leave the allies before joining the EACPS
rockets are very pointless but never the less you use them like bombers you assign them a airspace above the enemy that's in their reach and they will damage buildings in the state.
If you're taking requests for overhauls after 1k subs, Equestria at War has the right amount of bs insanity and good story to fit this video style perfectly

Think the focus bypassed because you had to be a sattelite of the UK to do the focus but because you were independent so it bypassed.
