Man, how did he win? No arms, no lats, and his waist is blocky (huge eyesore). Behrooz had this in about every shot.
Narrow, short and stumpy. And that was even in his prime.
His mid section is literally disgusting.
It was a fair win. I dont think anyone would have complained if Behrouz won either so hats off to Behrouz for a very valiant effort.
Behrooz seriously needs to fix his posing. This tip toe thing on the rear shots was the same last year... He can't hold a pose and keeps losing balance

I’m a Krizo fan but he deserved 3rd. Bonac and that wide waist and blown lat puts him in second. Behrooz was best overall package balance. Leanness etc.

Bonacs front double most muscular and front lat are just so weak man I'd give it to behrooz....also krizo would have absolutely wiped the floor with both if he was conditioned the shape and size difference is crazy
Krizo threw the show. I don't know if it was a favor or if he was paid, but he was awfully chipper for a guy who missed the mark and lost 2 placings he knows he can wipe the floor with.

Behrooz destroyed him at finals, but I'm happy to see Bonac get a final pro show under his belt. I think Bonac is a better bodybuilder than Brandon Curry and has always been undermined by the judges consistently giving Curry placings above him.

From here, Behrooz should’ve won from the massive taper difference alone. Way wider shoulders and smaller waist. Only area Bonac wins clearly is quads.
He’s back to get 9th at the Olympia. Behrouz should have won. And I was a huge fan of Bonac during Phil Heath’s reign.

100% agree. His physique is so faded these days. Bigger in the middle, and smaller limbs, not a good look these days, but he used to look really 3D and impressive.
To me Bonac only took the side shots. His wide midsection and melted lats really showed everywhere else. He also looked very narrow in the most muscular. He did very well with the posing and presentation. Made behrouz look like an amateur

In bodybuilding, 35-45 is often prime years. Not always, but quite a few. Peak is usually 35-39, but yeah, 42 is still good.
Granted, it also depends on when you started. Samson and Andrew Jacked started in their 30s, so they're only peaking now in their late 30s. Nick Walker is currently at his peak and likely will start sliding in his early 30s.

Sport is changing.Not only BB other too. Take football for example-20 tears ago when a player hit 30 he was over. Nowadays playing deep into their 30s is a norm. Shawn Rhoden won Olympia at 43.

Have to disagree Nick. While Bonac looked better than recent and was peeled he had massive amounts of missing muscle and looked melted. He has that shriveled old man muscle. It looked like some took a knife and cut his triceps off. Iove great condition,but it not just a condition competition. Although Krizo was the total opposite. The show just plain drained balls . Bodybuilding is getting sad if we are excited about crap shows like this.

Williams smooth transitions from pose to pose is high level pro. You can really tell when someone practices to keep improving what they have control over. The top two looked great. Would love to see Krizo come in with that kind of polished posing

Bonac was peaked perfectly, he wasn't flat like his prev shows and he didn't spill over

In my inexperienced opinion, in pre-judgin his phyisique kinda looked 'weathered', but in the finals his physique shone so damn much, it was such a stunning thing to see.

Well done Nick. Perfectly said. He went back to the basics, believed in himself, and fielded the revamped package.
It showed that he was to crisp and mature. Others looked amatuer in density department. Bonac was 3d every where.

My personal opinion...An 85% Behrooz beats a 110% Krizo any day. Due to Krizos lack of glutes and lack of aesthetics...I had Behrooz winning before the show...Im super happy for Bonac tho. Im happy with the decision.
Whoever is Krizo's coach needs to run him through the ringer of poses 10 times every day as part of his cardio... Krizo can't pose and looks like he's about to pass out from lack of oxygen between every pose.

"Fresh look" what were you watching! He looks like someone in 50+ master's class! You can see atrophy allover Bonac _ especially his lats and legs from the front. Also his ribcage (never a strong point for him) now looks so much worse with muscles fading and ribs popping!

I'm newish to BB. Bonac definitely deserved to win, for all the complaints about downsized and imbalanced legs, his were better than Behrooz"s. But he has melting body parts everywhere: right leg, left lat, arms, I don't think he will place well at the O and i think it is his last pro win. He should call quit on a W, like Iain Valliere did. Oh and this sas guy should have been 3rd, even just for the fact he had abs and Krizo midsection is desperately flat
There’s something a myth with Bonac abdominal area. I don’t know if it’s the way the skin sits. I don’t know if it’s the way the abs are structured. I’m not saying he looks bloated. I’m not saying he’s midsection control is bad. I’m not saying anything like I’m just saying it just his abs don’t look anything like Behrooz abs did maybe it’s because the age of the muscle, the age of the skin, the age of Bonac in general
I think it's silly to say it was a clear cut victory for Bonac, I'll be interested to see the scorecards. I can see how he's won on conditioning but a worse V taper, lats & arguably biceps should make this win pretty narrow for him. Especially because Behrooz was pulling it back at finals. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Even in this condition Bonac is well out of this year's top 6 at the Olympia. No offence to the guy but he should just retire as a top pro while he still has his health.
I wouldnt necessarily say bonac is back more so than this was just a show he was capable of winning. The guy is over the hill and has many flaws. Its probably best he takes this as a win and calls it quits because best outcome would be like top 8 at the O if hes lucky

Behrooz was clearly better. Way much wider, bigger and with better shape. Bonac had superior conditioning, better arms and legs but thats all. He is incredibly narrow, has terrible mid section, weak chest and wide waist.

This is why I don't take BB seriously anymore. The judging is so inconsistent and just silly. Bonac looked off, his waist was as wide as his shoulder, he has half a latz next to no triceps and has no V taper at all. He's short and squat which makes it look worse. None of them looked great but Bonac?? Wtf man. Who would want to look like that? I don't know a ton of the competitors but the guy on the right of him looked so much better. The huge guy on the left was massive but had horrible conditioning. Looked like he was in off season. BB is up there with boxing with how terrible their decisions are. Or having a massive waist is bow rewarded in BB contests. Like look at the Thumbnail ffs. He legit looks like he has palumboism....
Krizo desperately needs to fix his posing for the back double bicep; he always pulls his left arm down further than his right arm, and it makes his back look asymmetrical.
