    Hello po.. Pag residential R3 hirap ang tenants (at may soon na tindahan na e open din) sa parking sa labas at papasok sa garage. Ask ko lang po if it's ok to place chains nakakabit sa pole na may cement. Para lng at least di maka harang yung non tenants.

    Engineer, ask lang po ako if okay lang po ba 1 meter ang distance sa side setback sa 2nd floor? Then 2 meters namn sa 1st floor? Nag-exceed po ng 1 meter ang 2nd floor. Mali po ba yon?

      meron pong exemption once maliit lang ang lupa, isang option po pwede mong firewall ang walls nya para ma occupy mo ang lupa mo.

    sir what if itong nabili kong Lot is 6.2m X 6.2m, titulado po.. kakainin na ng front/rear sa setback ang lote ko po.. kahit na firewall both side.. (meron po bang considerations sa ganon, ano po bang minimum na setback para sa ganyang kaliit na lote po? SALAMAT PO

    Hello po,sa akin naman po yung problema ko kasi yung bubong namin is lumagpas sa muhon po nila mga 1/2 meter po,pero yung bunong namin at bunong nila is malayo lang po,so mai karapatan po ba sila epa giba yung bunong namin eh nasa taas lang namn at hindi mismo sa lupa,salamat po sana masagot nyo po

Is it a must to set 2 meters setback plus the pool side? We wished to build a small swimming pool but the developer prohibit us from having a pool...they said we need to have 2 meters first plus the pool...

    Meron lang ako concern.... Ang neighborhood ko nag construct ng 2 story building nya at ginamit ang front nya facing road right of way, walang setbacks, at nag footstep on top na po sa cemented road constructed by the city. Mahirapan kme dumaan. Ano po ang violation

    Hi engr. may question lang po ako, ask ko lang po if ano ba ang required na layo o sukat ng layo ng train at sa bahay mo. Gusto ko kasi kumuha ng bahay (residential) kaso may nakita po akong train malapit sa bibilhan ko na residential. Salamat po.
