Ha, u never get over metal tbh. Sure now there isn't much great metal releasing but hip hop is in plenty so it's easier to appreciate that. But once a metal head, always a metal head.
I wouldn’t go that far. Hip hop gets the views. Wouldn’t you pretend it you got paid 2k a month? Maybe a little cynical. I like rap but this is just facts. If it weren’t for us they would be only reacting to metal if it were up to them.
1999 tape was way too good. They’d love all of them. Survival tactics goes way to hard. Hardknock is a feeler. And righteous mind is classic hip hop sound.
Idk how that pitchfork article gave “Camp” a 0/10. The songs firefly and heartbeat make it easily at least a 5 on there own. “That Power” and “My shine” bump it up to a solid 8 in my opinion.
xxxtensioncord I Ain't got time and 911/Mr lonely are not that great either since they present little of what Tyler the Creator is outside those songs, in his entire discography.
xxxtensioncord if you think the lyrics on bastard or the entire wolf album is mediocre, either you haven't heard it all or you have a limited palette for Tyler the Creator.
You have no idea how happy it makes me you guys enjoy Childish Gambino. He's my all time favorite artist so I'm really hoping you do more. The entire album of Because of the Internet is worth reacting to. Almost all of his songs are worth it imo lol. The more Donald the more likes from me
the pitchfork reviews you guys mentioned had low scores because the review piece had little to nothing to do with the actual music but more was more about how they don't like Donald Glover
Travis Scott - Drugs You Should Try It Travis Scott - Upper Echelon Travis Scott - beibs in the trap Travis Scott - Antidote Travis Scott - Butterfly Effect ... basically everything from Travis
Gambino's "Because the Internet" album resonated with me so much because I kinda grew up in that state of mind (probably not good, I know); you both should take a proper listen to it whenever you have the time (private or otherwise). Great videos! :)
Please react to Mike Shinoda's new album, if I had to pick a song to have you react to it'd probably be Crossing a Line but there's so many good ones and it's kind of a stages of grief concept album so if one of you could just do a full album reaction that would work too
U guys should listen to some A Tribe Called Quest, too many good songs for me to just pick one but their last album is a decent starting place to get a feel for them or something off of The Low End Theory or Midnight Marauders
Hey guys, i have been watching your video's for a while, I love how open and rational you are about everything. I also, obviously, have a song suggestion. I think you would find 'I'm Alright' by Childish Gambino very interesting. 3005, bonfire, freaks and geeks, redbone etc are the more obvious choices, as they are more popular. However, i think your view on this song would be more interesting. You have both mentioned how much you like honesty in music. This is a 1:43 song that came out during Donald's second year at Community on his 'The Great Gambino' mixtape in 2011, at the time he was getting more famous. It is a raw song with lyrics that give you an insight in his mind. The song is not on spotify and it only has an unofficial upload on UA-cam with 160.000 views. I know you will really like it, not just the song, but the vision of a young man with ambtion. It is funny to hear considering where he is now. If you are looking to react to the musical aspect of a song then you should do the songs others are suggesting, but if you are curious as to goes on in the mind of Donald Glover i can really recommend this song. This goes for anyone who is reading this! If anyone read all of this, thank you! i hope you're doing okay and i wish you a lovely day!
YES! Childish Gambino is my all time favourite artist. Glad you guys got back to him. Keen to hear more. Would love to hear your reaction to Telegraph Ave.
are u eatin tho?
Dat My boi watches my other bois. Fuck yes.
breakfast, lunch and dinner is for beginners, you ain't een know
Bruh you are everywhere
Aye, if Dat is watching then you know your channel is doing good.
Dat u everywhere bro
react to 3005 childish gambino
React to Redbone by Childish Gambino. Such an amazing, unique song compared to his other songs. Freaks and Geeks a good one to react to, too.
DannyJ804 Redbone was so popular im sure they heard it a lot before so I dont see how much they could add in a reaction
You must be new to this channel. Simon had never even heard of Post Malone and didn't know a single Drake song. Jon probably has though
More like rnb than hip-hop but you’re right
I genuinely don't think they have heard Redbone and they need to. Maybe it did not make it to the UK?
DannyJ804 im not saying they shouldn't do it but I wouldnt be surprised if they had heard it before making it a less interesting reaction imo
You guys lowkey like hiphop better than metal now lmao
Ezra Przytyk lmao
Ha, u never get over metal tbh. Sure now there isn't much great metal releasing but hip hop is in plenty so it's easier to appreciate that. But once a metal head, always a metal head.
I wouldn’t go that far. Hip hop gets the views. Wouldn’t you pretend it you got paid 2k a month? Maybe a little cynical. I like rap but this is just facts. If it weren’t for us they would be only reacting to metal if it were up to them.
I disagree. It's more that they find it interesting as they have never explored this genre before.
Dead Memes yeah your definitely right im just saying there more enthusiastic about hiphop right now since there is SO much to discover.
3005 and Redbone by Childish!
and bonfire!!!!
The reason why he isn't a big name like drake and kendrick is because they consistently put out new music if he put out an album a year he'd be huge
He’s still got to be Donald Glover as well as Childish Gambino though
Interesting you said this and Kendrick stopped dropping lol
@@zainkhalil7494 then he came back, and got rap album of the year at the grammys
Survival Tactics by Joey Badass and Capital Steez
Llilbert Venegas hard
i second this, also hardknock
This!!
Righteous minds is dope too
1999 tape was way too good. They’d love all of them. Survival tactics goes way to hard. Hardknock is a feeler. And righteous mind is classic hip hop sound.
Childish Gambino is a entertainment genius , actor , rapper , comedian , writer ... has the best show on tv that he wrote and directed himself
He got dance moves too
And he’s pretty hot haha

React to 3005 and Freaks and Geeks by Gambino as well, Telegraph Ave and Redbone are also really good songs as well.
Tyler the Creator Yonkers or Who Dat Boy
Aviraj Singh who dat boy would be nice since they haven't done Rocky either.
Aviraj Singh Yonkers is a bad song to start of with, the production is terrible. 911/Mr Lonely and Ain't Got Time would be a better place to start.
xxxtensioncord I Ain't got time and 911/Mr lonely are not that great either since they present little of what Tyler the Creator is outside those songs, in his entire discography.
Dead Memes His work was pretty mediocre/bad pre Flowerboy though, that's the problem.
xxxtensioncord if you think the lyrics on bastard or the entire wolf album is mediocre, either you haven't heard it all or you have a limited palette for Tyler the Creator.
