We should not be too despondent about Pakistan's future. There are some positives that have emerged from the present crisis. Young people have rebelled against the system. They are now fully aware of who is responsible for the mess the country is in. They are demanding greater transparency in state affairs. They've also shown that they can't be easily manipulated by people like Asim Munir who are now seen as being part of the problem. Zardari and Sharifs have had their day as both have lost legitimacy. They might be installed by foul play but will be discredited even more. Pakistanis will demand and expect a less corrupt system.

Even though I am not Pakistani , it was an eye opening 1 hour and 9 minutes.
Dark and bitter truth bombs and the bit that Khan Saab says " Apko kaun hai main Apko jaanta tak nahi " about poor people goes very deep .

I was listening this podcast while working out at one point i was thinking Raftar have the best person in journalism but the questions were very weak. Should have ask more better questions rather then asking the same about election.
