The Southern Part of the U.S would probably be the worst part to invade. You talk about armed Civilians, gun ownership is just a very normal, accepted and expected part of life in large parts of the South.
@@tritchie6272 Yes...there are over 400 million guns in America, So at least a 100 million armed Militia...meaning that's the Biggest Army in the World!
@@tritchie6272 Id have to disagree there. Michigan and Wisconsin alone have 1 million registered hunters. Texas has 1.7 million hunters. That doesn't include areas like Detroit, Flint, Houston or San Antonio, where every gang or dealer has a small arsenal. Also the country people that most associate with the South are also in Northern Michigan and Wisconsin only they never had the Hook worm associated with being Slow and slack jawed. Regardless of which region has the most. Id have to say the mountainous regions here have the advantage. It's cold in Michigan and Wisconsin but not Russia cold, so that's not really an advantage
Actually the Canada invasion was already attempted in the War of 1812. When Britain tried to take the colonies back. It did have a few minor successes in occupying some northern ports & territory. However that's pretty much as far as things got lol. However it's probably worth noting here that Canada is not a likely Invasion scenario here. Considering the head of the northcom aerospace strategic command has always been healed by a Canadian. :b
Kudos for acknowledging the amount of private gun owners. Many forget that if something were to happen, they'd have to deal with millions of armed citizens on top of everything else. 👍
Small arms are no match for tanks, drones, missiles and nuclear weapons. The idea of the Second Amendment existing so people can defend themselves is a myth. It's there so Americans can defend the GOVERNMENT. (aka the nation.). The US had no standing military at the time. Armies had to be raised from scratch if needed. Time has made the Second Amendment irrelevant.
Speaking as an American gun enthusiast, I don't own "A" gun. I own guns. In fact, I don't know anyone who owns A gun. They all own guns. And yes, there are nearly 100 million more REGISTERED guns in the US than there are people. If someone invaded the US, there would be traffic jams trying to get TO the invaders, not away from them. Not kidding. Also, no external enemy will ever destroy America! We will do that ourselves, thank you very much! lol
Americans have at least 400 million guns. The entire us military has 4 million. That would make me think any other country wouldn't have much more than that.
Yup. The guy in front, the guy right behind, and maybe the guy behind them had better be worried for EACH shot from me. I have more than enough to be a serious problem to an enemy and I am only one person. Neighborhood militia would form and be no joke to an invader.
When there are more guns than people in a country, it usually means "Leave us alone." Military might be defeated but trying to control America is a fool's errand
Love the videos guys. You’re right about gun ownership in the US, as you Brits would say ‘it’s mental.’ I live in the southern US, I literally don’t have a single friend who is not a gun owner. All of my friends and I grew up with a rifle in our hands. Hunting is a standard part of life in many parts of the US as are our second amendment right to defend ourselves. The gun culture here cannot be overstated.
@@JR-ub2wt Maybe not in direct translation but don't you think this would be a major factor considered by any military? I'm sure this comment has been made by one phrase or another. Be one piss poor military commander not to see it as a problem.
Whether he said it or not, there'd be AT LEAST one gun behind every blade of grass, in the hands of hundreds of thousands of VETERANS who KNOW how to use them.
As we get farther from WW2, there is something a lot of younger Americans and Brits forget about our common history and America's large arsenal of privately owned guns. During WW2, before the USA entered the war, there was a program started where American citizens could voluntarily send their personal firearms to British citizens so the people there could be armed in the event they were invaded. The guns were shipped to Britain and distributed mostly to outlying rural regions where a landing might be made. Each gun sent included the name and address of the lender. After the war all of those firearms were returned to the Americans who sent them. I mean ALL of them. Not a single report of a gun not being returned was ever made out of the tens of thousands sent.
One of the things that I always thinks is insane is that while the US Air Force is the largest Air Force in the world, the US Navy has their own Air Force. And the US Navy’s Air Force is the second largest air force in the world. Lol
That still wouldn't be enough. Military aside, the heavily armed citizens would not be okay with that strategy. Invasion is suicide even if we don't have all troops home.
@@theJuLYheat The citizens couldn't defend a full military attack. They could be effective partisans..that is unless the invading force just kills everyone on site not in their uniform. Would be ironic if gun ownership brought us a nightmare like that.
To all of our fighting men and women at home and abroad, thank you so very much for your sacrifices, the same to all of your families, and God love you.
On top of the private gun owners our police are armed like a small countries military as well. We could likely take over a few carabean islands just with the Miami police department.
1.7 million registered hunters in Texas alone. That doesn't include people who aren't registered, people who don't hunt but still collect or the people who have small arsenals. Not to mention places like Houston, or San Antonio where every 2 bit dealer has guns, and every major gang has massive amounts of almost artillery.
You Brits have nothing to worry about. I served as a U.S. Marine. We had many training exercises with our British counterparts the Royal Marines. The U.S. and the UK are close allies and always will be. Just chill guys 😃
I remember my High School History teacher saying that the USSR (this was back in the 1979-1980) would never send their troops via air drops because it would be like the American citizens at a giant skeet shoot. Russian paratroopers helplessly floating down vs American citizens with guns shooting at them. This is why America is at war with itself over gun ownership.
I'm a 15 year US Army veteran, and I've been thoroughly enjoying your videos. You've guys have been making me smile every day. Thank you for that, and God bless.
I own a 12 guage shotgun, a 40 caliber hand gun, a 45 70 Henry lever action rifle, and an AR 15 in 5.56 NATO rounds. I'm also a veteran and live around the same type of people. Our block is on lock down. This is the same around our country. There are 440,000,000 firearms legally possessed in America.
Even if a foreign power made it past one of our borders, they'd have to contend with not only the US military, but the American people. A homeland invasion of the US, in conventional terms, is virtually impossible. I don't know why the armed US public was not mentioned in this video!
Sadly, I lost my guns in a recent boating accident. However I use to own several. Enough for my family of 4 to each have multiple firearms and we’re all trained. But as a Navy Veteran I can tell you that it’s going to be tough to even reach land as long as our ships aren’t sleeping somewhere.
On a related note: I highly recommend watching the original Red Dawn movie. Make sure it's the 1984 version, starring Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen.
Even if Yamamoto never actually said the quote about "a gun behind every blade of grass", he did relate to the military that after living in America and invasion would be out of the question.
It's interesting to think about though I hope it would never happen, but when Paris was occupied by nazi Germany and they formed a resistance to fight back when allied forces drew near heading to Rome, a big issue was arming the resistance. Our second ammendment is meant to protect us from a tyrannical government, but that would definitely be a side bonus in case such a thing would happen. Anyways, hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas!
Wisconsin alone has enough registered hunters in 2020 deer season to be the 7th largest army on earth. If you know deer hunting it takes marksmanship, stealth, and a lot of patience. It would be hell for any army to face a distributed foe like that.
Thats what I said. When they mention Texas I laughed out loud for real. I am from Ohio but I have met alot of Texans through work and online gaming. Yall are so tough people down there. lol
@joey lucas that is because the border is under the control of the US Government and our Idiot President. If the let Texas control the border, no one would cross.
England was the only country that withstood constant bombing from Hitler and just kept giving him the middle finger. Never flinched and never even considered surrendering. England took the bombings and fought back heroically. Whenever I watch documentaries about WWII I realize the England was full of bad asses back then. I can't imaging going off to war and having to hope your family isn't killed in and air raid while your gone. In the U.S. we are fortunate that it would be difficult to attack us. I'm not saying we didn't help in a lot in WWII but I think the people of your country were the biggest bad asses of that war and it's not even close. It makes me proud of my English name.
I work on carriers and other vessels. They are awesome; and very, very large. Just the massive size of a carrier is amazing. We call them 100,00 tons of diplomacy... And we have 11 so far.
I agree. As Tojo admitted in WW2, there would be “a rifle behind every blade of grass”. Almost the entire population has access to weapons, and I believe would fight to the death.
I agree with the sentiment but historians can’t find that quote attributable to any commanders or military leaders in Japan lol I think it’s one of those things that get made up and passed around.
@@twohorsesinamancostume7606 Any peoples who allowed the entry of any and all peoples through Mexico are at fault and I'd say that was the president and his regime want to ruin our freedoms and constitutional rights. Someone already mentioned the haziness of this quotes attribution, but I think even if it IS accurate, I’d argue it’s more likely a cop out to mask the fact that the Japanese never possessed the naval, or logistical capacity to even DREAM of invading the US mainland.

With ease, in almost any case, yeah. I found it kind of odd that they didn't mention the armed American public. Understand that in a homeland invasion, the US infantry would grow from 1-2 million, or whatever it is, to tens of millions, if not over 100 million.
100% True!, you'd have to be stupid to try to invade the US, especially if you only take in account military serving... the amount of civilians who are armed could prob repel any attack on their own.. for the most part
its roughly 1.3 million active duty personnel total for the U.S. military currently during "peacetime" with say another 865,000 in reserve and this is spread out over the 6 branches of the military

Not only do you have us Americans to contend with, but we also have some very sophisticated and capable allies which has helped us so many times throughout history and vice-versa.
To give more context to the defense of the East and West coast, imagine the Mississippi River, which is located North to South through the middle of the US. I had the Coast Guard stop me while I was fishing near a dam, because I got too close. This was post 9/11 so security changes to protect infrastructure was increased. It blew my mind that in the middle of America the Coast Guard stopped a 2 man fishing boat. The coasts I assume? Impenetrable.
To put it into perspective, there is a rather large Coast Guard station located in Michigan. Known as USCG SFO Grand Haven, and we have a festival to honor those folks every single summer. They aren't the only one though. We have Coast Guard stations all up and down the lakeshore along the lower peninsula.
I think people have actually forgotten that the Coast Guard is a military branch. Almost everyone I know, when naming the branches, misses that one. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard...
@@ruthdeckman9781 The Coast Guard is not actually military since the do not report to the DOD. The work under DHS. But they are the only one of the eight uniformed services of the federal government that are armed and can enforce civilian law. The Navy cannot board or inspect your boat in US waters, the coast guard can. The USCG is the best in the world at open water rescue.
A successful invasion of any county is very difficult, especially if a majority of the population decides to fight back... It would be even more difficult in a country like the US because of all of the armament that the general population has. And even more difficult because as of 2018 something like 7% of the population has served in the military... That's about 18 million trained veterans who could organize the citizens to fight against the invasion.
Alot of countries banned their citizens from owning firearms. So not quite the same. In those countries, if their military resources were hit fast and hard with"shock and awe" the country would fold in weeks, regardless of the civilian population. Iraq went down in what 4 weeks. And had the 10th largest military..
USA vs The World would end badly for “the world.” Everyone else’s machines of war are either greatly inferior to the US or directly bought from and supplied by the US, so we know them literally inside and out and know all the (few) weaknesses they may have. Besides that it’s a numbers game, the US has a LOT of machines of war and a lot of the best people who are trained intensively and exclusively on the best war equipment known to man. This video clearly illustrates the difficulties of a land invasion so that’s off the table even if Canada & Mexico were on board. If it were USA vs The World we would immediately destroy all infrastructure in those 2 countries to further insulate ourselves against invasion. Then there are the civilian gun owners IF you managed to get a foothold…hundreds of millions with hundreds of millions of guns and trillions of rounds out in the wild so to say…good luck with that. The only hope for “the world” would be tactical nukes but that just brings us back around to the 80’s mentality of mutually assured destruction and the end of humanity, so in the end it goes badly for “the world” however you slice it
Let's not forget that there's a bunch of US submarines lurking in all the oceans. Anyone attacking the US is likely to lose their own capital and critical infrastructure very quickly.
And everybody forgets all the Heavy Equipment here, bulldozers ,backhoes, there alot of guys here who could turn a bulldozer into a war machine quickly if need be.
I am from Pennsylvania and every male in my family has multiple firearms and are on par with our military grade. Plus we have so many veterans that have combat experience that are now civilians. No way someone could invade us. By the way Britain has great troops and we will always be side by side of in any conflict.
Make no mistake, Puget Sound is one of the most heavily defended bodies of water on earth. There is a considerable amount of nuclear weapons kept at the ballistic missile submarine base and the Airforce base. The defenses for them are incredibly stout. Something they didn't touch on in the video- Puget Sound is a maze of narrow channels and dead-end waterways. Any hostile naval force would be slowed, strung out, confused, and have no room to maneuver.
I realize that to many in Europe and abroad America may appear a bit of a contradiction. The people here are "mostly" friendly and yet we like our guns and "most" here agree that we need to keep a strong military. What's not so "obvious" is just how much we LOVE our FREEDOM and THAT is why we love our guns and a strong military. However we don't just love our freedom for ourselves. We feel every human on earth should live free and yeah, sometimes we get our noses involved toward that endeavor worldwide, and some here feel we shouldn't. We understand it's not "our" responsibility to ensure freedom across the globe but it does irk most Americans seeing the oppression of citizens abroad. Unfortunately some citizens here in the states tend to take their own freedoms for granted and support politicians who want to endorse more of a "social" and more powerful government and less power for the governed. So if this country ever goes to pot, it will more likely be from within than from without. (While Russia and China can just sit back and with growing smiles just watch it happen for them.)
I mean we already have social programs. No one here wants a full socialist regime so get that propaganda shit out of here. We have crony capitalism right now with life long politicians where it pretty much is oppressive with our politicians sucking off big money. Both sides are feeding their masses vitriol and turning them against each other instead of uniting them. Term limits and no money in politics is pretty much what every citizen wants.

As a U.S. combat veteran of Iraq [82nd Airborne Paratrooper 2008-2012]. Deployed into Iraq 08/2009- 08/2010. This video only gives analytics about U.S. Military. It COMPLETELY disregards the amount of combat experienced military veterans that have close quarters combat experience. Such as fighting in cities; apartment to apartment housing/flats fighting. Street to street and small villages fighting. Sometimes hand to hand with knives, helmets, or shovels as weapons. You will run out of ammo. Then there are those 10th Mountain US Army veterans who fought in both Iraq but I'll emphasize on Afghanistan geographical mountain fighting. Our Special Forces= you already know what they carry out and that is PAIN! There are a plethora of us that are now out of active duty service and have normal civilian lives. However, we never forget the skills set we have. We are in the shadows living our lives but we can turn it back on and be pit bulls and slaughter Chinese, Russian, or whomever- at any time. There are also the very patriotic American people! There are 1 billion firearms in American circulation. We can and do manufacture our own ammunition. It is legal to own Class 3+ and Class IV Body Armor. We own bullet proof helmets, military gear, night vision and thermal vision optics. We own so much ammunition the enemy will be scared of our never ending assaults on them. Then there is no recognition of the Geneva Convention on US soil. We will feed their corpses to wild boars, wolves, and bears. Burning tem is another option.... we are savages and don't fuck around with us or find out the hard way! God bless the USA! China can eat a dick....
Remember the US not only has a staggering amount of private firearm ownership but millions of combat veterans just in Texas alone. The difference between military combat on the homeland and veterans no longer serving... we veterans are not held by rules of engagement nor military echelon. The foreign powers would have zero idea what they were facing!!!
The government would force us back into their chain of command. Otherwise it would be a completely chaotic battle ground with too many friendly fire incidents.
Two factors not discussed is 1.) Our civilians are heavily heavily armed 2.) We've been at war for a really long time and gave experience on our side too
I one heard one of the foreign exchange students talk about their high schools talking about what the plan would be if Russia (his home nation) and the teacher, who was a Russian military veteran, basically put it like this "take the plans you could have developed for invading the US, and burn it! Because not only would it fail miserably, it would most likely never happen in the first place"
Not to mention the armed and angry populace. The japanese considered an invasion of the U.S. One of their generals said" there would be a gun behind every blade of grass".
You guys have nothing to worry about! Millie we are going to make you an honorary American, I've seen your other videos you've been very emotional about American stuff and I understand you speak Spanish. Being a Veteran myself. One thing about measuring navy strength is not by number of vessels but by tonnage. That’s the strength of the vessels. China can pump out cheaper vessels but they are far easier to sink then even russias smaller navy. So example as of 2021 americas navy tonnage is 3,415,893 tons russias 2nd with far less vessels then China at 845,730 tons and China is 3rd at 708,886 tons. Basically them combined is still 2 and a half times worse then ours. Quality over quantity 😉
That is a really important point. Because if memory serves, the north Korean navy actually has more ships than the US navy. What they aren't telling you is most of those ships are little patrol boats that would get vaporized by a modern battleship
In the early days of World War III, guerrillas - mostly children - placed the names of their lost upon this rock. They fought here alone and gave up their lives, so "that this nation shall not perish from the earth."
Lol, I don't think you guys would ever have anything to worry about. The vast majority of Americans (myself included) would feel like you guys in the UK, Canada, Australia, the Kiwis and ourselves are all basically the same thing in terms of how we see "us" vs them. You're a part of us, we're a part of you. *shrugs*
Yes, they would be a part of "us" but due to most NATO/UN countries outsourcing their defense to the US, the rest of the world(basically everyone but China and Russia) would be insufficient to fight a war, in terms of vehicles alone, everyone lacks military might and most us allies vehicles are outdated us vehicles that we donated, the only support they could provide is bodies
@@GuideStoneActual I could care less about what they could contribute militarily - though some of our allies are stronger than you seem to think - I would expect for us to be there for them.
@FoeBane we'd have to be there for most of our allies, as militaristically, they wouldn't be able to defend an attack from China or Russia. Sure, there's the Israeli and French SOF which are top tier but when talking about general soldiers with outdated ships(Air and sea), land vehicles, and marine vehicles, they don't have mechanized infantry nor air power nor sea power that would hold up
@@GuideStoneActual Yep, we'd help them out too. We've had a standing decree since WW2 to be able to fight 2 different large wars in 2 different places on Earth simultaneously. There is no reason for us to have that ability if we don't use it to protect our allies. And to be frank, we'd have no problem being able to handle it anyway, 'cause 'Merica lol
@FoeBane but the problem has become that the US is the only one with military power within our allies, made their military r&d null, and their militaries weak
100% correct about "Red Dawn". The original 1984 version is an American classic and if you havent seen it, its worth watching. The garbage attempt at a remake in 2012 is just terrible. As a 14yr old in 1984, you have to remember the "cold war" was still in full swing. The "fear" of a Russian invasion was real. Talk of nukes being pointed at us was part of normal life. Then BAM, here comes a modern movie addressing that very scenario. What made it even more interesting and nobody ever mentions is that the movie doesnt focus on a big city. Quite the opposite. The movie is from the perspective of Russians and Cubans suddenly raining down (parachuting) into and around "small town usa" in what was the beginning of WWIII. A small town near the midwest of the US. IGNORING the fact that this would have actually been almost impossibe (lol) for many reasons, to us Americans this movie was gripping. It remains a classic here and I still watch it every couple yrs. If you watch please keep in mind the state of the real world at the time the movie was released. Since THAT movie (and the Regan era, nukes, tension with Russia, commies are everywhere etc) Americas obsession with guns really went full throttle. With the movie showing a band of small town average Americans rising to defend our country against a massive communist Military, and being successful at it, every damn gun toting American I know now thinks they can hold back an army. Lol I do love the movie but only when I dont stop to think about how unlikely such a scenario was then.. and even more unlikely now. Plus it really helped us a lot that the Russian and Cuban soldiers werent very good at their job. Lol
I was out to eat one afternoon, about 20 years ago, I overheard a young couple at the table beside me speaking: He was soon leaving for his military training with the US Army. I stood up and turned to their table, "Pardon me for listening in... but I just want to shake your hand and thank you." The young couple looked at me curiously.... "Young man, it is because of you, and other men like you, that I and my family sleep well each night." The kid smiled but then kind of shyly admitted, "Well... I'll just be stationed down in Texas, sir. I won't be deployed overseas." I shook my head, "No...." I shook my head, "You are still an important part of the most powerful military that this world has ever seen! --and we thank you for it!" His eyes lit up and he sat an inch or two taller in his seat while his pride grew. "Just please tell your fellow servicemen that there are many, many citizens who thank you for what you do!" He smiled and nodded his head. We then shook hands again, wished each other well and went our separate ways. :-) I truly hope that he relayed that compliment for me. :-)
This video only touched on the problems an invading force would have trying to invade the American mainland. It would be all but impossible to get past the American Military as it has been described in this video, but let's just say someone managed to do that. Every state has its own National Guard. In the video the East and West coasts were eliminated as possibilities and the narrator said and Invaders best bet would be through the Gulf of Mexico at a location such as the port of mobile in Mobile Alabama which is my home City. Let's say some troops got through after being decimated by the American military's air and Naval power. Alabama has about 13,000 National Guard troops and about another 10,000 soldiers in the Army Reserve that they would have to face along with a very heavily armed citizenry. Alabama has about 5,000,000 people in its population with a 55.5% gun ownership rate. "You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass." - Admiral Yamamoto Japan WWII
Not only does every state has an National Guard but there are some states that actually have State Defense Guard. It’s different from the National Guard and they don’t get paid. I’m not kidding.
You guys in the UK have nothing to worry about from us. In fact many of you would probably be shocked how much we like you guys. Walk into a rural bar in the US with that accent and a decent disposition and you're probably not paying for a drink all night.

There's a reason the Chinese figured to try the US economically. No matter how big the Chinese Navy gets, the US has Air Forces close by. On top of that, the US Navy is also an air force.
*Only* five major military bases in the Seattle/Tacoma area, LOL. Actually, who even needs the military to come home with such a heavily armed citizenry (incl. millions of whom are veterans)?
I'm surprised they'd even mention attempting a landing in the Southeast. The citizens are more likely to tell the military to: "Take a break, we got this."
Every time I hear you reassure that England and the US are allies it makes me laugh LOL we would NEVER turn our back on our brothers in England, an attack on our brothers would be the same as an attack on us, we would defend you with our lives
I've installed cable at people's houses where they had guns in every single corner of their house and underneath their tables and that was just the ones that I seen
You both were fun in this video. Millie's "Why even bother?" was hilarious. Your right, though. That's not even factoring the civilian gun owners. The number of hunters alone in the U.S. is equivalent to a smaller nation's army troops. So that's like a second army. Some states have militias ready to act. Then factor in the police forces throughout the nation and the federal law enforcement agencies. The latter two having military style equipment available.
We have more small arms (rifles, pistols and shotguns), in civilian hands, than exist in the *combined* military and police arsenals of every nation on Earth!
Yeah, if they tried to land an attack force in Texas, they would be very, very sorry.😁 I live in a semi rural area that is unincorporated. There are basically no noise restriction laws, no real enforcement against shooting off guns or fireworks. This 4th of July was different from those past. We've always had lots of fireworks and a few gunshots. But this year it was crazy! Reminded me of when they televised the Desert Storm attack on Bagdad. Constant gunfire. It sounded like being in a war zone or on a huge shooting range. The sheer number of shots and different types of weapons I heard was very surprising. I admit it made me uncomfortable. Texas has recently passed a permitless gun carry law, open or concealed. So most anyone over 21 can carry (no felons), most anywhere they want to. I own 2 guns myself, my other family members on our property have a multitude of different guns/rifles, bringing the count to over 20 firearms. My neighbors on all sides of me have firearms. Texas is well known for it's friendly people but they are also fiercely proud and protective of their state, family, property and their freedoms. An invasion force won't make it out of TX. The residents would converge, hunt them down and take 'em out. 💥💥💥💥
Maybe we could hold off for a while and just plan and prepare and make sure we were all set to go. Then, after they have destroyed Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, we could hit them hard and take back the state. 😁😁
@@ShanLiB Interesting thought. Destruction of major cities would create a swarm of refugees and a run on supplies in untouched areas. It would be a severe hardship for all involved and could likely cause descension, which would only benefit the invading country (divide and conquer). I believe once an invasion had begun, it would be impossible to discourage local participation - barring our military's involvement. I would think local militias would quickly be formed to pick up any slack from our military.
@@foxchasejrt1 As indicated by the grinning emojis at the end, my comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek. The US's adversary would have to invade through the sea or from Canada or Mexico. Good luck getting a navy past the US navy, even if you combined the navies from the rest of the entire planet. And for any land invasion to work the adversary would have to somehow sneak past the US's vast surveillance abilities, and to pull that off with a land force large enough to invade is pretty much completely impossible. Right now, even if the rest of the planet teamed up against the US, the US would win any conventional conflict. Now nuclear war is a different matter entirely, there could be many situations where there would be no clear winner in a nuclear conflict.
Keep in mind countries like Britain, Australia, etc., wouldn’t just let a giant fleet sail by them on its way to attack America. NATO Allies in Europe would immediately attack any sort of fleet intent on attacking America before it could cross either ocean.
also why would Russia go east of usa, they are only 52 miles from Alaska and along the west coast makes more sense. at least in Russia favor most the equipment movement will be in Russian land with a smaller crossing.

This video clearly illustrates the difficulties of a land invasion so that’s off the table even if Canada & Mexico were on board.
So example as of 2021 americas navy tonnage is 3,415,893 tons russias 2nd with far less vessels then China at 845,730 tons and China is 3rd at 708,886 tons. Basically them combined is still 2 and a half times worse then ours. Quality over quantity 😉

I very much enjoy you two and your content. Thank you!
Two words. Red Dawn. Not the crappy remake, the original.
WOLVERINES!
You guys in the UK have nothing to worry about from us. In fact many of you would probably be shocked how much we like you guys. Walk into a rural bar in the US with that accent and a decent disposition and you're probably not paying for a drink all night.
Everyone I know loved the remake of Red Dawn. It was a great movie.
Would love to see Millie's reaction to the crazy weather vids that the USA has 👀
"the Russians best bet would be to land in Mobile, Alabama or Houston, Texas" as soon as I heard that all I saw in my head was confederate flags shotguns and a lot of yeehaws 😂
Yeehawwww. Git'er done.
This literally made me crack up
But it’s true
I'm glad they reacted to my comment LOL but they should do a reaction to the movie Red Dawn the original that would be interesting for them to
I toured the uss wasp(lhd-1), my uncle was mate on the ship, when it was commissioned. It looks like a small aircraft carrier and deploys vertical take off and landing aircraft as well as tanks, infantry, and the like.
Now this brings a smile to my face
I live in Texas and have a pretty good collection of shotguns, rifles, assault rifles, pistols and a pretty good stockpile of ammo. Invade my land and I'll defend with my life
“All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.” - Abraham Lincoln
Yeah but back then let's be honest. A combined force of Europe alone most likely could especially if they came from Canada
Goddamn Lincoln was so fucking cool.
There's a reason the Chinese figured to try the US economically. No matter how big the Chinese Navy gets, the US has Air Forces close by. On top of that, the US Navy is also an air force.
The navy owns the 2nd largest Air Force in the world 🤣
The channel's video they are reacting to is a great channel for stuff like this.
1 thing you need to know. Is DO NOT cou t us short. We have 18 million veterans of all ages. And we are all willing to pick up our arms again
*Only* five major military bases in the Seattle/Tacoma area, LOL.
Actually, who even needs the military to come home with such a heavily armed citizenry (incl. millions of whom are veterans)?
Yeah I found that humorous as well, they should have mentioned Oregon. We don’t even have one.
I'm surprised they'd even mention attempting a landing in the Southeast. The citizens are more likely to tell the military to: "Take a break, we got this."
WOLVERINES!!!!
Every time I hear you reassure that England and the US are allies it makes me laugh LOL we would NEVER turn our back on our brothers in England, an attack on our brothers would be the same as an attack on us, we would defend you with our lives
Interesting how we even think that of Europe and Ukraine. Don't mess with our friends or you'll see the the business end.
It should also be noted that the American population is probably the most heavily armed in the entire world.
We have more small arms (rifles, pistols and shotguns), in civilian hands, than exist in the *combined* military and police arsenals of every nation on Earth!
Not probably. Is.
Yeah, if they tried to land an attack force in Texas, they would be very, very sorry.😁
I live in a semi rural area that is unincorporated.
I was trying for levity while floating a plan to eliminate the cancer of "progressivism" from Texas, which is concentrated in the larger metropolitan areas. I'm from an era when Texas history was strongly emphasized in schools (even more so than U.S. history) and am extremely concerned by the influx of refugees from failing blue states who not only fail to integrate but insist on instituting policies and laws which caused the problems they are fleeing.
@@ShanLiB Got it😀 I do share your concerns as well. It stuns me the laws that have been passed recently in TX. I believe they're too lax on the gun control issue. How many truly mentally unstable people are going to end up with guns? People don't communicate with each other like they used to. If you have worry about being shot at for saying something to someone, how is that freedom.😕
Kennesaw, Georgia it is mandatory that all residents own a gun. If you ever want to someone from USA get pissed off just mention disarming them .
I just discovered you guys, and like you very much. I have been an American citizen for 34 years, I am 58 years old. I married a typical American Polish descendant, gun collector, upstate New Yorkian guy. Our present government may not attack immediately due to lack of vision and action, but the American hunter is strong and willing to protect our country.
I recieved my first gun at 8 years old. My dad cut the stock down for me.
We could be bombed from long range but this video skips the fact on how many weapons we have as a people
Except we have many right wingers wearing T-shirts that claim they would rather be Russians.
@@victorduffany7723 Day by day, the Russians are starting to seem less authoritarian than the Democrats!
@Urusovite I understand just fine. They are traitors
@@randlebrowne2048 Authoritarian is a president who threatens anyone and everyone who disagrees with him or does not vote for him. Authoritarian is threatening anyone with prison and chanting LOCK HER UP because they disagree with them. That is your party. It already is authoritarian.
@@victorduffany7723 Republicans weren't saying to lock Hillary up because of policy disagreements.
They were saying it because she (through her foundation) had been talking bribes from foreign nations while working as Secretary of State.
There was also the whole thing about her violating the law by using a private email server for government business, and then having her staff destroy evidence to avoid the investigation.
I'm unaware of any threatening done by Republicans, regarding retribution for disagreement or votes.
It’s like that spider in the corner of the room if you leave it alone it won’t bite and kill you within a day
Remember. In rural areas and most of the south a lot of our children are trained to aim and shoot safely as well. ♡
Don't discount what the Royal Navy has done recently guys - we're very glad to see the UK rejoin us in the multiple Supercarrier and world power-projection mission!
USA🇺🇲 vs the Universe👽
😄 the only country with a Space Force 🇺🇲👨🚀👩🚀
I am assuming it was started for all the classified projects we have. Probably have some highly advanced military craft that can travel in space, like the TR3B.
Even deers hunter’s out here has a lot of rifles to defend just in case. Lol 😂
Something like 42 states also still maintains its own militia, outside of the national guard. So there's far more combat fighters within the U.S. than most might suspect.
Picturing anyone trying to invade through Texas just brightens my day!!
Red Dawn was filmed in New Mexico, USA
If you haven’t watched Red Dawn make sure you watch the original one with Patrick Swayze not the remake
hey Beesleys we in the USA at least where I am have a saying it goes like this "Don't Poke The Bear!" or some might say "don't Wake The Sleeping Lion" but they just cant help themselves so just one more poke and loses a arm ....lol keep up the great work
I have my kit ready 24-7. It has over 300 AR rounds and 150 pistol rounds ready to go to work at a moments notice. I've hung my uniform up but will not be relieved of my oath till I've taken my last breath.
We have so many bases in the USA other countries don’t even know where they are
Will Roger’s once said, “The United States never had two better friends, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.”
Currently tensions are very high in the Indo-Pacific; the US Navy has 11 Carrier Strike Groups 1 forward deployed in the Pacific at Okinawa, Japan and 10 Groups stationed at US shipyards
Cool reaction video from your friend in the USA 🇺🇸
You guys definitely need to watch the original Red Dawn, such a great movie
As a Canadian,I take exception to the bottle necking at the Canada/US border. I live 1/ 2 mile from the boarder and from Ontario to British Columbia there is almost nothing to stop you from crossing almost anywhere you want, it's flat Prarie as far as the eye can see.
