I think that Javon should think about running the 100 and 200m probably he could be the next USAIN. And next time Javon don't go out so hard in the first half of the race save the energy for the last 200 or even 100m. Congrats thou still appreciate the effort you represented well.

You knew when that anchor leg for Jamaica started going that that was not going to end up well. No one can go that hard over the first 200 meters and not totally die in the last 100. That’s just not smart 400 meter running and the lag at the end cost Jamaica a medal. They were behind so he had to run hard but sprinting right to the front was extremely unwise. It’s better to hide your time and slowly gain ground on the field and save the reserves for a sprint over the last 150 meters. Merritt on the other hand, that’s a smart runner. There is no panic in his game. He just ran within himself and was able to pull away from the field strongly in the last straightaway. Brilliant
USA uniforms look like other teams and made viewing this race kinda confusing. Please utilize the red, white and blue and make USA stand out from the rest.
