Wow! It's funny... I'm very, very, very far from a city person, but there's something about them viewed from above that's super beautiful. Definitely best way to experience them!
Golden gardens used to be a great place to hang out and party. That was 15-18 years ago, not sure how it is now, but it used to be awesome. Also, wheres Carkeek park?!! Super cool place. Used to be able to find some really neat things down there. Very colorful.
3/5 Some interesting shots, but too much emphasis on parks and non urban features. Seattle's beautiful scenery is readily apparent pretty much anywhere you point a camera. What makes the city unique is that it is a bustling metropolis in the middle of that spectacular setting. The balance here is tipped too far in the focus on the backdrop of nature. By mostly ignoring the urban features, this video fails to highlight that juxtaposition. Also, the music was kinda awful.
paul wall I’m guessing you didn’t read the description, but that’s ok, we agree Seattle has beautiful scenery and I’m always up for making more videos. What urban features would you recommend?
@@BoschVoyage Well I think as the videographer and producer, that decision should be yours. I would ask you though: What defines Seattle and makes it unique, not just from other North American cities, but also from other cities and parts of the Northwest? My critique was that the footage seemed to downplay the fact that Seattle is not just a community in a spectacular setting-it's also a large bustling metropolis. I would think that highlighting that-not in contrast with the setting, but complimenting it. There are many great cities. There are many parts of the world that have rugged, snowy mountains, bodies of water, and lush forests. The few spots that are both remain rare.
I think maybe Paul is the kind of guy that likes to hear himself talk. The last view at 4:24 did exactly what he's asking you for more of. That is a sick view that feels like a massive, lurking city hidden by wet jungle. Something nobody would have ever seen if not for technology and you being there.
WOW! Your Seattle video is WAY better than mine 😂. Keep it up! I subscribed

Awesome video, I am looking to fly there next weekend, and I your video gave me some great ideas of possible locations.
That’s great! Hopefully you have some nicer weather next weekend, or some cool dramatic cloud breaks!

I thought you were an azz like me...then realized you’re a smarter azz...wholeheartedly agree with your first statement...music is trash
