Dan, have you tried that with Thai basil? Just a sugestion. Would love to try it,making my mouth water watching the cheese bible up as it was cooking. Great work guys, peace
what is the thai dressing? 1 ounce piece ginger, peeled and finely grated (about a 2 1/2-inch piece), or less to taste 1 large garlic clove, finely grated 1⁄4 small red chile pepper, finely grated 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste 1 tablespoon mild vegetable oil or olive oil 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Jack you should start using some sort of measuring mechanism so the portions on the pizza are always the same, and objective. Not subjective with different workers. Good for keeping track of the flow of money.

This is my favorite pizza out here in Seattle. They also make a vegetarian Thai version here that has bean sprouts, broccoli and cilantro instead of the chicken. Nice and spicy. Very good pizza!
Amazing looking pizza! Funny to see Daddy Jack in the background. He's so cool!

Chef Jack can eat something right from the oven or pan without cooling it down first. I don't know how he does it.
He says it's hot becareful as he downs hotter than the oven
He must've totally burned his taste buds off.

What a perfect circle. I might add a little chopped red bell pepper. Love how it's well done! Yum!
was hoping jack would add some green onions!
Looks absolutely delicious.
what a great idea! I love Thai food. Does the dressing have coconut and red thai chile paste or something?
Here's his recipe. Lacking ginger and a little sesame oil imo.
