I love how the restaurant who makes the katsu don only adds the egg and sauce on the katsu only at the very end to keep the breading of the katsu crunchy. I never understood katsu don because the process makes the breading soggy until I ate one that was made similar to this video.

for some reason this type of video always bring me a sense of comfort and calm, I didn't see anything flashy or wow me but god am I loving it.
To be honest i think the whole video is filled with incredible hot goodies.... If that is what u mean with flashy or wow...
