What's interesting is the 20,000 sqft. The design works well, it does not feel like you are in that large of a residence. Still huge but not a maze or warehouse feel.

This place started at 12.9 million in 11-20! 4 months later dropped to 10.9, then just kept dropping a million more. Removed it for couple months then brought it back in 10-23 at 6.55 million, then finally sold at 5.685 million, 277 dollars a square foot a Absolute steal, most sales in there run around 400 dollars a square foot and this place is on what looks to be the biggest lot around.

This house is gorgeous. We'd probably convert to basketball court into a music/performance space, but I don't believe we'd change anything else. There are times when a bit of "old school" is a wonderful change of pace.

I like it! Don't people have imagination these days? Floorings/window treatments/furniture are easy to change, walls can be painted! I was taught that if you look at a house you look at the things that can't easily be changed eg room sizes, property location, whether it's under the flightpath from the local airport, location of major roads etc. With the right furnishings and a bit of care and attention that could be a great home. Not too sure about the sports hall but you could use it to show off your pretty cars.

House is gigantic but it’s outdated. Can’t see any improvements done by the Sellers. But if you’re looking for space most definitely this house is it. Great for family who’s got lots of kids. Do they have solar panels? This house needs one just in case it doesn’t have . Electric now costs a lot especially if your house is this big. Do they have HOA?
Yes, it needs updating. Yes HOA, it’s a guard gated community and solar would be a plus with the power bill.

First couple seconds of this home I knew it needed to be gutted & remolded. The “#thankful” sign was big indicator an interior decorator is needed to stage this home. Good space, just out dated.
Question: in a remodel would you do a complete gut and go ultra modern or more less refresh with some newer materials and colors?
@@JBRE I think ultra modern can be stale depending on who the builder is. I’d say if a seller or buyer were to go ultra modern with Blue Heron that would tasteful modern.
I think a little bit of everything. There so much space to redesign and make it your own. So much potential. I would go an interior designer like Waldo Fernandez to simplify and warm a large space like this.

This is not a 7.5 Million dollar home at all. My cousin house has a more open living room space than that and it’s 1/6th h the price in Vegas. You would think with the budget they had the living room would be much bigger, it’s like they just put high ceilings and windows and called it Luxury, the layout is weird almost like little boxes rooms leading to one. For 7.5 million it better look Grand, this house looks more like a 3 mil home, taxin so much to make that profit
