- Finally some track action of the Nikko Brat out in the dirt!!!
Driven by Luis Sola at the Knox Vintage Bash 2.0 after almost all had gone home a handful remained back to see this rare beast in action.
Fitted with all vintage electronics and even vintage rubber, Luis steered this gem around whilst I did my best to follow it around with my DJI Mini 3 Pro drone.
Rarely seen out on the race track, the car didn't disappoint . - Спорт
That thing looks great going around the track. Glad it is in your hands. Forever this time. Lol
Thank you Keith.
This video was all for you mate 😁👍
Great video, thank you gentlemen
Wow ! 1st, the track is amazing 😮 If only it wasn't 16'000 km away 😅 Then the car, this Nikko Brat, it looked planted on this track, incredible driving by the pilot (Luis). Awesome footage and let's not forget the music 👍Thanks for sharing 🤝
Its always good to read that a viewer enjoys the work I put in creating this content. Thank you.
The NIKKO BRAT in it’s element, Thanks for sharing that with us Jason that was Very Cool Mate 👍🏻👍🏻
I knew you'd like seeing it out being driven
How awesome was that! Thanks for sharing 😎
Hi. Thank you
Great to see the Nikko stretch it's legs! Beautiful car.
👍👍
Possibly the first video to be done of one of these cars in action home at a proper rc race track.
@@Bormac073 Might well be.
Very cool to see it out on the track! Thanks for risking the beautiful build out there to see it run! I hope you took it around for a few laps as well!
Cheers Adam. I didn't get a drive as the 1700 battery finally went flat and I had already packed up. The idea was to put the car in Luis's hands as he's a regular top end racer at this track and far less likely to damage it than me. I had to try do my best with the drone so I was happy with the outcome.
Super cool I watched RCIcons video on that buggy and ur video of going through it and getting it ready for the track. I'm happy to see it out there stretching it's legs.
Im glad to hear it Brian. Keith's vision got to live and we are all greatful for it.
So awsome to see it out in track, and love the music 👌 i was half expecting to see a terminator pop up 😂
Interesting fact. Over on epidemic sound I sought out tracks that were the length of the video I made and this one seemed to be the best I came across for this content.
I know it’s harder than it looks but I don’t think there’s a better way to watch RC cars son a track than with a drone - unless you have 10 cameras spread around the track I guess. So so cool man!!! The Brat didn’t disappoint, great to see it go out there 😊
Thank you Wade. With a little more time on the drone I could improve. You're correct, it's not easy but it's a start and I'm glad people appreciate what I have so far
Absolutely. Well done Jason!
Thanks Michael. I know the footage isn't perfect but I did the best I could with such limited flight time.
Gotta love that 80s synth - Perturbator style tune! Good weekend man all things considered, a few repairs needed....
Cheers Stu. For a very new drone operator the footage looked better than I expected. So combined with the synth tunes it was almost watchable 😆😆😆
Brilliant
Thanks my man.
Well done on the drone footage Jason. It's not easy to do with larger slower objects let alone a 40cm buggy doing 30-40/kmh.
Spot on there Michael. I have a buddy who flew my drone to do the XX4 footage at Castle Hill and he made it look easy
Something you don’t see everyday 👍🏻
You're right about that. I haven't found any other track footage of a Nikko Brat elsewhere
Looks great what Motor and Pinion do you use in yours
Motorman stock motor with 16t pinion
