Thanks for the video but I still find the bench too heavy to move. Wheels help but I always struggle.
I’ve been doing hip thrusts for a couple weeks now and since the weight is getting light for me, I’ve been putting on more weights. That being said, I’ve leaned my hips back and it caused me to use my lower back. Do I not put the weight all the way down?

the Matrix at our gym doesn't go over an hour, so I have to top at 60 minutes then start again, which is fine but I wish I could figure out to make it go straight to 2 hours

Hi, I usually just use the barbell for squats and on a new weightlifting program that suggest using smith machines. I’m 5’6” and I can’t get the machine to the right height for me. If I go lower it’s too short and go one up, it’s too high. Is it a hack for this?

Depends on the smith machine. If it’s straight up and down, yes. If it’s on an angle, I’d recommend not!
