Okay, so how do yiu fix that? Well mewwing could help as it brings your jaw forward. So let’s meww. And with the girl, she’s ‘anxious’ because of her past. So well, you could ‘mitigate’ the situation by ‘being’ what she likes or, as he suggests avoiding ‘these’ type of women. Frame and game boys! Just set some rules and neg/remove validation. Back to sleep apnea, the problem with mewwing is the suture of your maxilla fuses around 25, so mewwing doesn’t affect the bone (really) past then, just soft palette. So you actually need to get surgery after 25. So mew under 25, surgery over 25, yeah? Well is the same with personality and brain development, personality is pretty much set. So after 25, there really is no chance for the girl past extreme religious enlightenment or something. i.e. spiritual surgery. But unlike surgery, the results can be faked. @@brianmeen2158 I don't feel I can make an overarching statement on the truth tbh. I see a lot of guys in the gym scrolling their phones between sets, but I totally do that myself to maximise my time spent in the gym. Most 20 year olds are doing less reps and sets than myself, but I first set foot in the gym at about 16 so despite some gaps I should be elevated beyond their capabilities by now. Guys seem to do just enough at the gym but maybe their reps are truer and deeper and don't need excess sarcoplasmic pumps to accelerate muscle gain? When I was younger, still, most other guys did less reps and sets than myself and some of them grew quite large. So perhaps testosterone is genuinely lower these days and the same careful 12x3 sets don't build muscle the way they did in 2007-2012. 315 is a huge bench press tbh. Most people don't need to worry about such a number unless they are going pro or weigh about 250 lbs themselves. What scares me the most is I genuinely go on Instagram and see "recommended" users in the search. I see women who can bench 220 lbs and I really struggled to reach that plateau myself when I was younger. Are they faking benching that? If the average female starts to get stronger than the average male (not that way at my gym) then the dating game is over for non-elite males. Women expect to be swept off their feet and have a receptive nature towards men. If guys are not able to rule their roost, women won't meet many guys in the middle.
I don’t think it’s a function of being lazy. I think there are genetic factors that include the construction of your ligaments and tendons. Along with your bodies ability to produce muscle.
@@MichaelSartain I feel like thicker radial and ulnar bones, a broader rib cage all contribute. How hard I had to work for 315 lbs suggests it is not a natural progression. I'm going to have to progress beyond this maximum to even have hope of retaining the ability to bench 140 kg for sure. Like you say, ligaments are vital and my wrist lacks any real girth which must limit how easily I can support the weight. If I had thicker ligaments in the arms I'm sure my benching would be somewhat elite by now.

I think you forgot to mention your own weight. If you are 250 lbs then it’s nothing. If you weigh 140 lbs then it’s impressive
