The fact that your Duaa has been answered is not necessarily an indication for your work to be upon guidance. The only indication for this is the fact that your ideas, your ambitions, your method, your principles are within the framework Quran and Sunnah.

It is my understanding that reverts are not required to change their names to so-called Muslim names.
Yes, as long as their name isn't contrary to Islam.
You mean arabic names rather than "so called...".
Changing the name is recommended if u live in a non Muslim land so that in case of death people will know to bury u as a Muslim and for other social reasons it's also good.
