This is hands down the best CNA vlog I came across. I would love to work at that hospital it seems like everyone is so laid back. I subscribed I love your energy and the video. ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Just remember when you take care of your patients, take care of them like you would want to be taken care of.. or as if you were taking care of your mom and dad…
wow I really love your vlog! This is the first video I come across that’s long but very informative. I’m soon to be starting my CNA program and loved that I got to see a little on the inside.!!🥰🥰
I enjoyed watching this as someone who will be graduating from cna school and wants to go into a hospital setting. Hope to see more videos like this from you!💕
I had work two years in the hospital at my country in Philippines, that’s whyei watch this video from start to finish now it’s really answered my questions it’s really same as we do in Philippines as nursing aide in hospital thank you my friend for sharing your day in a life
Please do these times of videos more. I’m starting my CNA program in a month and I’m STRESSSINGGGG 😂😂 this was very informative and eased my anxiety. Thankssss girl!
Love your energy omg, it seems like you really love your job!! Five patients is sooo nice I can't even imagine; I have 10-12 per shift... 20+ when we all take our lunches haha
I love this!! Your video just randomly popped up in my recommended! I'm British, and i used to do your job! Our title always got changed tho, we were carers then health care support workers, in the end we were Nursing Assistants! Which makes more sense I think lol. I worked on an elderly care ward, for about 5 years, a good while ago now, I had to stop cos, I ended up being diagnosed with epilepsy after I had a few seizures, I was too much of a risk to go back to work, and then I fractured my back... Which meant I definitely couldn't do the job anymore cos its a lot of heavy lifting, lots of standing etc, and it does a number on ur back! Obviously its a bit different cos we're in two different countries, but the basics are the same! And it's really lovely to see someone doing the exact job I used to do! What other things are you trained to do? I got to help the nurses do so many cool things, if I had a decent nurse on shift they'd teach me cool stuff lol, I've placed an NG tube before, I was trained to take blood sugar readings, urine and stool samples, and yeah just help with doing the rounds, turning patients and doing what you call "Vitals" we called them "Obs" or, "Observations"!! Sorryyyy for this essay of a comment, just wanted you to know how happy this makes me and takes me back to the awesome time working at my local hospital, before I ended up being the patient so much and I'm now disabled. Keep up the good work!! I'll subscribe to you and check your videos etc! Again sorry for the length lol, much love from England 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 ❤️
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch my video & for your comment. Prayers for you, as I acknowledge how difficult epilepsy may be. I want to share this Bible verse with you: "Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you." -Deuteronomy 31:6 I am a nursing assistant 2 so i am qualified can to do tasks as oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, sterile dressing changes, IV fluid assistive activities, ostomy care, gastrostomy feedings/nasogastric feedings, and catheterizations. Although we just don’t get asked to do them skills so much on this floor. Thank you again for your comment , Much love!
@@marilyngomez5418 aww, thank you so much for your kind words and the bible verse, that means a lot to me. Epilepsy isn't so much a problem anymore, but I ended up in a coma with multi organ failure in 2017, and from that I got foot drop, and have been unable to walk since then, I've had intense physiotherapy and other medical interventions over the years, but I've come to accept now that the way I am right now, with huge amounts of pain, and nerve pain on top of it all, and i have crutches but I mostly now rely on my wheelchair. It's been a very difficult few years. I've been through sooo much, but I know it could always be worse, and i try to be thankful for the things I do have and appreciate. Ah okay, I think you are slightly more qualified than the nursing assistants in the UK, but we had the option to work up to be more qualified. I could do most of the things you mentioned, but there's a few things that we had to be further trained to be able to do. I didn't get the chance though unfortunately, but what I did do, and the experience I gained over 5 or so years, has been quite impactful, and I will always be sad that I can't go back to that job. But, I guess God has other plans for me! Just don't know what they are yet! Haha. Thanks again for your kind words in your comment, it really made me smile! 😁♥️

Nice video and Thanks for the video ,it pain me that after studying so hard I end up failing my CNA🤦💔,Honestly CNA Exam is really hard, I don't think I will ever pass this exam
I love your vlog, I’m a nursing aide in my country and wanting to be a cna here in California someday, been watching your vlog ,,next week or two I’ll be starting my journey being a direct personal care in assisted living hoping someday to get back my foot in a hospital,
You should've added the part where you go to IHOP 😂❤🥞 AND what you do once you get home to wind down and go to sleep 😊🫶😴 I'm new to your channel, found this video after searching "Night Shift CNA". So it's the first video ever that I'm watching of your channel and it's enough to see the amazing personality you have, love how you carry yourself, love to watch you vlog (that's saying a lot bc I usually find vlogs boring), I'm paying attention every minute (even when you explain/describe things in detail it wasn't boring to me I appreciate that you do that), you engage me when you talk (no wonder you're good at sales 😉). Definitely subscribing because of your personality, not just for the CNA content. I actually hate sales, but I can't wait to watch your real estate vlogs just because I wanna see life through your lenses, you're such an inspiring human being 🌟 P.S. I was waiting to hear how you got into CNA during your background storytime in your lunchbreak 😅 P.P.S. Some CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, I almost didn't click on your video bc the thumbnail looks... boring... 😅 But I am SO glad I clicked bc it was the BEST cna night shift vlog BETTER than the ones with pretty thumbnails that were just clickbait 😒 really proves you can't judge a book by it's cover 😅💎🏆
Thank you so much i loved ur vlog i always get bored in other cna videos but i enjoyed watching this video just Subscribed thank you keep doing an amazing job thank you for all you do i recently graduated and got my CNA 🌹

Hey girl thank you for watching! I make about 16hr not including overtime. I’ve been doing it for 3 years, speak fluent Spanish which is $1 extra lol. It was about 1 year bc I have my CNA 1 & 2!
Where comfy shoes, you won't believe how much your feet will hurt. Eat well, and stay hydrated if you can on shift. Vitamins and red bulls are poor substitutes. Wear a backbrace if you will be turning patients for a living, making beds, etc... Treat your patients like you would ĺike to be treated. Most are scared, lonely, in pain, and have serious health issues. You will eventually run into coworkers who are not of same mind. They will test your patience. Don't let them bring you to their level, report abuse.
I love your video! Im planning to become a medical assistant. I want to know if anyone seen any deaf health professionals? I am deaf and kind of intimidated about discrimination.
WAIT A SECOND- YOU WORK IN ROCKINGHAM??? 😭 the moment I saw this I saw your tag said first health and I was like “oh she works at that hospital..?” And then I told myself “it would be funny if she lives and works in NC” AND THEN BOOM😭 omgosh I live like 30 minutes from there

He lived a sinless life, and rose from the dead on the third day after His death! ✨🙌 He took our place and payed our debt. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. The Bible is Gods word to us. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are the gospels of Jesus and His teachings on how to follow Him.
