- Roelly Winklaar is surely one of the most muscular bodybuilders that stepped on the stage. Always packing on enormous size, he is the true definition of a beast.

You can see his upper chest in a back double bicep. WTF. I have a feeling Roelly's physic is going to be the future of bodybuilding but in my opinion its not aesthetic, its too much. I think most of the guys from the 90's had the best proportions. Hands down he had the best conditioning on the day and deserved the win.

how is it not aesthetic wtf? lol "people from 90's had better proportions" you realize all these bodybuilders nowadays can easily look like bodybuilders from the 90s? they can easily look like arnold. thats not how it works anymore. these days they chase size and with the shit they have out in modern day they are able to be extremely lean while massive in size. yeah they can all shrink themselves and look like 90's bodybuilders sure, but thats not the goal physique anymore.

Absolutely epic, I keep coming back to see this from time to time, gives me goosebumps & leaves a lump in my throat, the way he hits that ridiculous wide thick lat spread then turns round to show a beautiful tiny waist in the ab & thigh, phenomenal. With the music and the fact he started to develop some awful stomach distention the years before this, to actually getting bigger, drier, AND bringing the waist down, it's almost not possible. A well deserved win and the best we've ever seen him, Arnold clearly knew this too so had to film it!

Best Roelly has ever looked on stage, his posing was perfect for the music, which he held long enough to appreciate the physique, and kept his midsection controlled. Less is more! and had the music stopped halfway through and jumped into some corny party hands in the air shit, it would have took the shine from it. This was a serious and professional routine and he totally deserved the win. Respect!

His posing skill is much much improved. Great pace... and his double front bi.... face not strained he has mass he doesn't need to strain. I think when you strain it offers the impression that your not confident. He's good.
Roelly may not have The Mr. O under his belt but he is a true fan favorite. He worked his ass off to address the gut issue and his physique is packed with muscle. Reminds me of a bigger Benny Podda

Mr Olympia title was always elusive for Roelly Winklaar because he is lack of vascularity and conditioning, he is too thick and always focus on size and mass, If he only correct these area for improvements, then he can be a Mr. Olympia even for 5 consecutive times!
