I love the channel. I'm in the states. I thinks it is a testament to how good a job you do that people who can't even buy stuff from you watch everyday. I watch you guys like a TV show.
I love binge watching Fragbox TV! I work overnights and due to the nature of it, I can watch movies while I work. I love listening to March has he takes me through a journey through his VLOGS. It's a fun adventure every time! ❤
I learned something new today! Im one of the 15% that watches these videos in Canada! I figured being a canadian store the canadian viewers would be the majority of the viewers. Really enjoy watching each video on this channel. Im a year into the saltwater side of aquariums and absolutely love it, funny enough I went big instead of going home at started with a 400 gallon reef system!
March I love you, my birthday is in March as well so that makes it extra special. I wish you had a store here in California. Cause my credit cards would max out
Hello from one of the 4% (and a Canadian, toooo) . Awesome stuff, love your chats. And I'm chuckling at the term "bag burn". Poor li'l plate coral, all bag burned. 🙃
Imma newbie 2 week old reefer ..In Northern Ireland . I have to say I enjoy your channel . I am finding it very down to earth and informative. Thank you for all the little tid bits that may seem like they are obvious... but they are NOT obvious to some of us. They have been priceless quick sharp prods of info that stick with me !! TY !! :)
You could make 2 hour long videos and I would still watch the whole episode!! Your channel is the best and I love watching your videos everyday and I always learn something new keep up the amazing work man🙏🙏🔥
That giant open brain is stunning!!! Also, I wish someone had told me not to let favia touch anything when I first started. I'm in the US but I watch you almost every day for the knowledge.
never disappointed very nice corals great video I watch for the info and the side tracks this is my morning entertainment even though I knew the video was uploaded yesterday I wait to watch in the morning me my cat and my fish and a coffee it's nice and quiet
I love the channel, it’s something I watch pretty much every day and sometimes at work too. (I work for a family business so I also completely understand not having a life outside of it) Also a Canadian and apart of the 4%. Sadly no tank yet but hoping to set one up soon.
this was a great background video!! maybe its my adhd but i love the feeling of someone else doing something 'near' me while i do little things around the house alone (getting back into reefing so im on a binge of your videos!)
Love your vids March, and people who don’t understand what prices do for running a business, and mixing that with your personal costs… those people only think about themself and making profit … those people would order an employee around to unbox all those corals at night … that’s one of the reasons what makes you an wonderfull store owner and why people are drawn to this channel ! ( and the beautifull corals Offcourse :D )
I really enjoy when you talk about the store, the trials and tribulations of what it takes to have one. Coral education and conservation are important, I'm always happy to see it. But I know nothing about a coral store. That blank slate, with no personal intent to open one, really makes this interesting.
March, Thank you so much for doing the chanel. I love the insight you give to the hoby and it is very clear that you care about the animals, your customers and your staff. You are one of the rare ones.
Awesome content again fragbox 👏 I can definitely understand this as I regularly put out shipments of fish, inverts and coral....just not that time of night. When you visit London there's a shop near by called Reef keeper Moss end. Incredible shop. There's definitely a few around there that's worth a visit 👍
First of all shout out to the 4% of ladies watching. Second, I think setting up the tripod with the downward view so we can see your hands and the corals would be a great setup.
i love your channel March! You are very interesting to watch i shopped at your store before in person i drove all the way from Gatineau and i received nothing but quality service it was worth the trip for sure shortly i will try ordering Online keep up the great work!
Nice video! People really don't understand why things cost as much as they do or get marked up. Take lawn care for example.. people don't understand that having your lawn mowed once per week is a luxury. They ask why it costs so much to mow a lawn.. well as an owner you gotta pay for gas, wear and maintenance on mowers, time spent sharpening blades several times a week, truck & trailer repairs, equipment repairs, and you have to feed your family and pay bills.. and they wonder why it costs over $200 per month to mow one small yard. If anyone mows a lawn for $30 or less, they won't be in business for long.
Love the videos bruv. Just started to get into the reef keeping absolutely obsessed with your channel love your passion and the way you get sidetracked a real inspiration big love from England
Great video, I'm sitting here watching the whole thing. Your story about markup at 17:13 reminded me of my college days dealing with the bookstore (rip off) and I hate to say this about animals but used or a better term rehomed animals and goods in general. The bookstore would routinely add an easy 650+% markup on a used book that they paid students $10-$20 for when the student already paid $100 + for the book new. I get that it's easier to squeeze an extra $50 ($100 ain't bad) out of a lower cost item than it is to double the price of a $455 Coral ($900 would be crazy) without looking greedy. My point is, despite understanding it all, I always left the bookstore feeling like I got punched in the head because I knew they were going to sell my for possibly 10+x what they paid me. Junior and Senior year I just stopped selling books back, most of the books are still in my mother's basement in a trunk. That goes for second hand stores also.
Very enjoyable and relaxing unboxing video! I love these long, uncut videos and wish your store was in the US. I don’t think I have missed any episodes since I started watching your channel 2 years ago. I end up buying an EVO from Petco after watching your videos, and don’t even need yet another tank. 😂
Opening a fish store can be expensive, but cost can be reduced some what with sponsor's. My good buddy opened a LFS a few years back and saved a truck load on lighting by being fully sponsored by kessil.
Became my favorite reef related channel pretty quick. Think it`s the fact that you do it a little bit on the go and natural. The content is also good stuff.
I work in a pet shop in New Zealand, I deal with the pricing dilemma on a daily basis. We struggle to get people to understand the unseen expenses. I totally get it!
Looking awesome. Was going to order some of the acros you posted a couple of weeks ago but then with the floods, who knows how shipping is effected. Keep the videos coming. 👍
I’d love to see a video on store opening/running cost. I’d love to open a small single coral store one day like you guys and really focus on nice corals and good customer service. March, you are an inspiration and put so many LFS to shame. Would love to see livestreams btw
I am based in the UK (2 hours from London), there is a fantastic shop a guy runs from his garden. It's one of the best experiences as a customer you will have in the UK. If you fancy checking it out drop me a message. I'm not affiliated to the shop, just a regular visitor and big fan of your channel.
I really appreciate the transparency, I always assumed cost without shipping would have been 20% surprised it’s 50%. People really do under estimate the cost of running brick and mortar shops.
Awesome looking shipment! Lol I’d call my self a super fan haha I think I’ve commented on every vid since I found your channel seriously though it’s probably a good thing I live on the other side of the country ,I’d be hanging out there almost every day lol jk.
Great vid again March love the channel just wish you was closer then could shop at your store but I’m in the uk 😢 keep up the great vids and love all the ideas and vids you do some more apex vids would be great thou
You should run some dim blue LEDs at the ceiling pointing up. It would help with your being able to see, and wont bug the corals. You could leave them off until "coral night".
@@fragboxcorals Keep it up, we all love the content. Already told the wife if we go to Canada, my only request is to go to your store. 🥰 As for a give away since you have control over seeing how much content we watch maybe the first Canadian to see the whole video through and comments that they are Canadian (idk if you can see what region we are from when we watch) they win the Coral? 🤔
Love the longer videos 📹 you do a great job looking forward to more unboxing coral shipments hopefully I will get to the store Saturday I was there Tuesday at 11 didn't relize you opened at 12 😭 so 1hr 30min drive home with no coral

I sold 31 GSP frags to a store for $10. They turned around and sold them from $25 to $30 each. I understand that these stores need to make money to cover expenses, payroll and whatever else comes with owning a shop. If I expected stores to sell at the price they paid me they'd go out of business. Some folks don't understand.
Love the WYSIWYG system. Here's a suggestion though, if you move the number to the front of the name (instead of at the end), you can sort them by name and have them come up in a (reasonable) order instead of having to scroll though the whole list of corals looking for a specific number. Just my $0.02.
