Mam locally advanced Breast cance hai...digonas bispoy...er pr+ her2 neu negative...Ac regmin chemo 4 cycle ke baad mrm surgery ho gayi hai..( histopath report main 3/13 axilla lymphnodes possitive hai..lymphovascular tumor emobli and perineular tumor cell present hai..grade 2 hai...)
