My wife is a breast Cancer patient of ER +ve, PR-ve, Her2 neu +ve group1 patient. Initial 12 chemo and 8 Target therapy given now a new cycle of chemo started. Chemo is not painful but Subcutaneous injection Filgrastim given after 1 day of Chemo giving unbearable body pain etc. Is it necessary to push Filgrastim injection? Is there any alternate medicine of Filgrastim?
Please speak to your medical oncologist.

You need to finish adjuvant chemotherapy first. Cannot comment on treatment without going through the case files
