Rebecca, try applying the product from the wand to the back of your hand and then apply it with your finger. Or just gently wipe the wand on a makeup wipe before inserting back into the container. The gloss looks beautiful 😍

Hello Kristie! The quality is always there with VB beauty. That means prices too! I agree.
I purchased this gloss immediately after seeing the pictures and reading the ingredients. I use it specifically for the skincare benefits, it’s very moisturizing and has some ingredients that are great for protecting/strengthening the skin barrier. As a male it’s hard for me to find a good lip treatment in liquid form that isn’t too shiny as any balm/wax type products just don’t do it for me haha. Great video!!
This is an incredibly good comment for so many reasons!!! First of all, you hit the nail on the head, as the expression goes. This is a lip treatment with so many benefits. The shine is nice but the treatment benefits are so good and it really feels nourishing. I was surprised as I expected a traditional gloss but it’s so much more than that. Thank you so much for telling us all your experience with the product!

HUGE YES to coining the phrase “gloss experience!!” YESSSSS. I am a gloss experience kind of gal. You know me; I adore gloss. You also know that, unlike the rest of the entire world, I love sticky/goopy gloss. I am aware I am abnormal. I like the intensely cushiony feel and the longevity, which correlates with goopy-ness. I don’t care about hair fighting with gloss. Also, look at the shiiiiine!!!! Wow!!! 🤩🤩 Your description of how it feels is very intriguing. I do know how different liquid lipsticks feel. Interesting!!! If the longevity is not there, however, then it’s not goopy enough for me. But I deeply, wholeheartedly appreciate your review. Yay!!!! Thank you for being on board with the gloss experience. I can skewed count on you!!!!! It’s so so interesting. I wish you could feel it on the lips. Cushioned. Shiny. Plumping. And I was SO carried away with the effect and the feeling that I didn’t notice the darn stuff just disappeared. I expected it would last like a gloss…which is hardly a super long time. But I mean this was GONE. So so strange. I’ll keep playing with it because I’m intrigued and maybe my lips are just crazy dry? But the darn stuff magically just disappeared!

What I mean is: did you find any difference when you wore gloss alone, gloss with liner underneath, and gloss with lipstick underneath?? In any case, I would love to hear an update when you have played with it some more!! I have 6,000 goopy glosses and I can say with confidence that the longest wear happens when there is absolutely nothing underneath. It clings to the lips like glue and stays there. If I put a liner or any other lippie underneath, I can cut the longevity in half. But that’s with my glue glosses, where the gloss experience is sticky!! Yikes, right?? For me, it’s aaahhh… my lips are finally hugged!! 😅😇 🤗 I wish I could feel this one on the lips too. It sounds unique. 💖
@@MissBeeeBeee OK. Oh this is good info. I have been trying it mostly OVER things and only on the bare lips once. OK. I will go back and see. That is good good info. I really wonder what you'd think of this texture. It's....very very different. Cushioned, as the marketing says, is not wrong. But darn it, BB, the stuff was just GONE. I haven't experienced that with any other gloss. So strange. OK. Back to the drawing board and I will report back.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I hear you!! That IS strange. The only experience I’ve had (where I can relate to the “gone” feeling) is with your typical lip balm. I don’t wear balms very often but, when I do, they disappear in less than 15 minutes, I would say. Totally gone. Even if I’m not talking or doing anything with my lips (let’s say I go for a quick walk around the neighborhood by myself), the thing is GONE. Bye bye!!! BUT it’s a balm, not a gloss. Balms have no “cushion,” imho. So this is strange for sure!! Cushioned but easily gone. I hope you experiment with nothing underneath some more. Just pure shine. It is very beautiful in the shine department; 10/10!! Thank you, my friend!!!! 💋💋💖💖

Oh I was waiting for this! lol. A gloss certainly is not a gloss BUT I’m not big into expensive CLEAR gloss like you say it comes off so fast. Pat McGrath I will buy. But even that not just a clear. But I do have lime crime wet cherry clear gloss lol. Takes me back to 6th grade lol
Cherry gloss!!!!! Ahhhhh that and Bonnie Bell roller ball bubblegum gloss!!!!! Except when you took it on the playground and some dirt got on the roller ball. Sigh. Ruined. This is SUCH an interesting texture. So interesting that I didn’t realize until after filming that the darn stuff disappeared quickly!!!!

Hello Bridget! OK, here are my thoughts now that I've been playing with the gloss for quite a few days. It's a lip treatment. That's what it is. It goes on glossy and then kind of transforms into a sort of balm or treatment. Calling it a gloss....seems mostly because of the applicator. It's a GORGEOUS product but it's...I can't call it a gloss. I really can't.

This looks interesting! I love the 90’s vibe.. brown liner and clear gloss.. currently using my summer Friday’s new packaged vegan 🌱 clear lip butter or my Fenty baby brut, each are lovely on. Most of my makeup was drug store. I remember this store called Fashion Doll lol 😂 I would buy a eye liner by Jordana called chestnut! I paired it with their lipstick in Almond a very nude shade 😭 I promise you I always got compliments from other gals and asked for my lip combo! I still have it, honestly I was a young mom, so I couldn’t really afford much. I didn’t care though. I leave it in my makeup collection to keep me humble & grateful. We definitely think alike lol Cali girls! Oh the SF lip butter is so nice! Scented of vanilla.. I got my daughter the light nude she loves it. Like totally gross haha I have so many nude lip combos! Hello! I wonder if it is or can be imported without a huge fee??? I have come to the conclusion that it's more like a lip treatment. it starts out very very high gloss and then quickly mellows into more of a glossy balm feeling. It's definitely different but I'm not sure I can really call it a gloss, if that makes sense.

Have you tried wearing the lipgloss and then put the mask ? Does it rub off quickly , would be very interesting to hear your thoughts about this 🌷🌷❤️
@@Makeupbyposh5 It doesn’t rub off on the mask as it feels more like a lip treatment. It would definitely transfer a bit to a mask if it had a shade to it tho. I think you’re definitely not missing too much, unfortunately. Let’s see what we think when she releases some shades. Then maybe worth it? This is more like a Lanieage lip mask!

Well you might be surprised to learn that Ms. Jones was wearing her OWN makeup line to the Emmy's. She recently launched a line of mascara and eyeliner but it's branched into lip products too! Casa Zeta Jones was launched in 2020. I don't hear too much about it as I think, but am not entirely sure, it's only available on Amazon UK.

That doesn’t mean her MUA didn’t sneak another product on. When I worked for celeb mags, we’d spend a day trying to get the MUA to comment. If they didn’t get back to us, we’d run it and then, if we heard otherwise, we’d print a retraction. Haha. So I might be retracting this but, from what I’ve heard, it’s her lip products. Haha. Let’s print it and see if we need to retract it later. Haha.

I use two dots wipe it with a brush and then press with my fingers. No powder no nothing and so far so good. I wonder if they reformulated it. I'm loving it much more than their new one O.o

I filmed it. I loved it. I was walking around afterwards, totally unexpected, and I just thought, “Wait. Where is it?” I reapplied. Looked gorgeous. Twenty minutes later-wait. Where is it? Sigh. But it’s gorgeous. It’s just gorgeous and then gone. Haha.
Is there a clear gloss that lasts better that you would recommend?
