My lips are dry, especially this time of year, but I like a bit of color in a treatment. Don't want to scare the UPS guy. I think I'll try the Coco color. Helpful video. Thank you.💚

Thank you for another fun video, Rebecca! On the subject of perfume, sorry if this is a weird question, but do you happen to know if perfume "goes bad"? I've had a Tom Ford black orchid (original) for actual years but it still seems just fine. Is it okay to use?
I was reading your comment and kind of throwing my hand in the air to answer. Yes, perfume can go bad but if it’s still smells good and looks fine then you have no worries. Perfume is very sensitive to light. I keep my perfume in the ugly old cardboard boxes they come in for that reason and a lot of perfumes you’ll notice will have opaque matte glass which helps with that as well. Perfume and clear light bottles that is exposed to a lot of light will go bad but you will know because it begins to basically smell terrible and it can change in consistency and color. If all those things look fine then you are good to go and take any other perfumes you have and get them out of the warm bathroom and the bright sunlight and you are just fine. Other than that they can last as long as they last. But, After a while, even stored properly, you will notice that they are not the same anymore. They can’t hurt you. They’re just not as nice to sniff. Sounds like your Tom Ford is perfectly good still. ❤️
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thank you so much for this! I have always kept my perfumes hidden away in an opaque container so maybe that's why they're still hanging in there.
I’ve never tried a VB lip gloss! I like this one, but I think my first one would be Tanlines or Bikini. One day when I need a new mascara I will try one of those, I think. I LOVE IT when there’s a meh product that you crack the code on and suddenly enjoy! That’s always a win, and the highlighter is so gorgeous and glowy on you! I got the Cinnamon eyeliner on the Shop app before it was released. I love that shade. It always adds a special something to a look! It’s probably my most used shade now. I’m still working on the hair product gizmo new GHD video by the way. Because I want to compare to all of their others. So it’s like a whole task I’ve made myself. I take this very seriously as you know ha ha. I agree with you. For your first Victoria gloss, I would go with one of the other shades
Hello Rebecca! Firstly, thank you for this video review. I was so interested in the new posh gloss Martini and I think it has a vibe. I wanted to ask you something related to the kajals: I have the cocoa one but every time I put it on it fades in two/three hours. Have you experienced this too? The others last the entire day but this was works differently Thank you and kisses from Italy 😘
It’s so interesting that you say that because these eyeliners are so person to person. The Cocoa, for instance, stays on me but some of the other shades are gone within 10 minutes. And then I hear other stories from other people. It seems to be very personal but I’m so frustrated because Cocoa is usually the one that stays. Have you ever tried the Pat McGrath liners? The Perma liners? I think those are just the best in terms of stubborn Waterlines that don’t want to take liner. Those last into the next ice age.
Yes it’s so disappointing because I have never found a such a gorgeous brown color, on the contrary the olive one stays hours..Concerning the PMG liners I have never tried them so I guess I should give them a try!
Hm yep martini is pretty but yes like you said the clean aspect makes me hesitant to try it So far poolside is my #1 Oh and i def ordered the ole balms lol same colors. I wanted to try these when it came out but didn’t go for that orange creamsicle citrus scent lol. Honestly I’m gonna be drowning in lippies ha. I love a good bullet lipstick but for the amount of times i wear them compared to glossy products i really should slow down on purchasing those ha.
I do agree that the glosses just go anywhere. You can throw them in your purse. It’s a little bit of color but they don’t have to be applied precisely. They are truly perfect
I felt like in the past that the Westman Atelier lip gloss had held up well for me without going rancid, and so I looked at the ingredient list to see what it had in it. And I realized that they have added "fragrance/parfum" to it (when in the past it included just specific natural scents such as linalool). So I wrote to Westman Atelier and asked if it had synthetic fragrance in it now, and they said yes. I am so annoyed!! 🙄
OH WOW!!! You'd think you check the ingredients ONCE and you're good to go but apparently not anymore. Lesson learned. Each time we re-purchase we have to re-check. Yikes.
Oh shoot!! Did you actually smell a fragrance in yours? I’m actually not sure how old mine is, probably more than it should be but it smells and performs perfectly fine. I was actually think I’d repurchase that one in lieu of VB bikini.
@@anneviscardi I haven't purchased any of those liquid lip balms for more than a year. At first, they contained a "lemonade" scent with linalool, and then later, they did not have a scent at all. Westman Atelier introduced their Super Loaded Liquid Highlighters with synthetic fragrance in them last year, and since then have added it to the liquid lip balms. Credo says that the cream versions of the Super Loaded Tinted Highlighters now contain synthetic fragrance also (they didn't used to).. The kicker for me is that the Westman Atelier website does not even include info on ingredients now - I only found this out by looking at Sephora and Credo. I do not feel like this is respectful of their customers' needs and preferences at all and don't understand their choices here.
@@anneviscardi when I hear people complain about these glasses, they say that they smell funny and they just look weird. So as long as yours is performing as normal and isn’t weirdly chunky or stinky, sorry to be gross, you are fine
yea tbh i was surprised its lasted this long being clean and all. I guess i just wonder if they changed the formula and it won't last as well @@NotFitforPrintBeauty
I still think the Typology lip gloss wins hands-down for me, at least in terms of nourishing lip glosses. And they actually look pretty also. The Ole Hendricksen product lists "fragrance," and though that may be naturally derived (I'm not absolutely sure from the website), I have found that I almost always experience irritation when that word is mentioned on an ingredient list. So i will be skipping that one, I guess.
That was really informative to see all those VB glosses swatched next to one another. I have one of those (in Poolside) and didn't like it enough to use it up fast, and then within about a year it started to feel rancid to me. So I am not motivated to buy any more of those. I would like to see them offer more shades in the highlighter though. Like a peachy-pink or a bronzy one. And (despite the fact that one of them broke on me) I still am hoping for more shades of the eye crayons. Although the Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown sticks seem like they may be better quality, there still is something special about the VB sticks, not sure why,
My Poolside started smelling off at about 7 months, and my Tanlines gloss at about the same time. Are they only supposed to last 6 months? No info on website. I had to toss both recently, and that pissed me off. And now they’re $32!
I do believe it’s six months but, if you’ll notice, I did not list that on the video because I believe I had heard six months but I cannot find it anywhere in print either. Definitely the catch of clean beauty for sure.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I see that the VB lip gloss includes safflower oil as the fourth ingredient, and that does go rancid really easily. Like I have read suggestions that it be kept only for 6 months even refrigerated, as a kitchen oil. So probably this is not really the best oil to use in a lip gloss, I think. Which is how MOB Beauty is getting its products to last longer - they told me that they do not even use (unprocessed) castor oil because of the rancidity issue, for instance. So I think that this is a challenge that skilled formulators are going to be able to address, and I have used quite a lot of "clean" lip glosses that have lasted well over a year for me. Just not this one. Ingredients: Hydrogenated Polydecene, Diisostearyl Malate, Silica Silylate, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Calcium| Aluminum Borosilicate, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Oil, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, Linoleic Acid, Phospholipids, Phytosterols, Caprylyl Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Tin Oxide, Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499), Red 28 Lake (Ci 45410).

Hello Rebecca! Firstly, thank you for this video review. I was so interested in the new posh gloss Martini and I think it has a vibe. I wanted to ask you something related to the kajals: I have the cocoa one but every time I put it on it fades in two/three hours. Have you experienced this too? The others last the entire day but this was works differently
Thank you and kisses from Italy 😘
@@cocodiecutie1081 for a good brown, yes, try permagel xpresso
❤
♥️♥️♥️
Hm yep martini is pretty but yes like you said the clean aspect makes me hesitant to try it So far poolside is my #1
Oh and i def ordered the ole balms lol same colors.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty i’m also pretty sure that I’ve yet to finish a bullet lipstick, it’s just easier to go through a gloss type of product
@@anneviscardi that is incredibly true
I guess i just wonder if they changed the formula and it won't last as well

Amazon. Super easy. ♥️

rebecca, for the price of these victoria beckham lip glosses the packaging is way too cheap looking for me.
Totally fair, Chloe!
Money saved for sure. I need to try typology
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I think you will like them!

@@lisapetrison-beautyreviews mob beauty puts the thinking into this. They are not doing it, as you know, as a fun thing, it is not a marketing gimmick, they are not looking for a quick dollar. They literally have their heart first on this. Immense respect to them.
Those perfumes are too strong. Give me headaches and allergies. Portofino is the more feminine and not as strong. It’s sad because I loved Suite 302 when I tried it at first but ended up passing it to my nephew. Smells great on him! The yellow one is flowery.
Oh remind me to stay away from the yellow one then. I really don’t do well with flowery
That's a NO NO @@NotFitforPrintBeauty
