Video is great , but PLEASE dont use Constant Current Charging Module , better to buy Liitokala 12.6V 1A Li-ion charger. You will damage cell even though you have PCB protection , this protection is for Li-ion specific charger , PCB send signal to Charger and charger stop charging. With that Modul is it same if you dont have PCB. Other problem is you didnt use High Current cell , Panasonic B is lowest current cell ideal for led light not for heating element or motors. As we see your voltage drop to 9,7V-10,4V its not good , even if its drop to 11,1V this is still bad cell for that job. You can add many cell in parallels but wont be so practical as you made it.
