one thing to keep in note is that Silva and Zeno were being carefull and considering most likely a "one hit K.O" kind of ability from Chrollo if they got to close (thing that actually also kinda happened with the poison knife) so the fact that Chrollo didn't get instantly rush and killed and that Zeno ultimatly decided to take Chrollo with him for the well being of Silva and the job, speaks more of the threat of Chrollo and the carefulness of the Zoldycks than a strick 1v1 match or actual strength of the characters
Yes, I agree with you. They think very specifically as assassins and are very cautious, which was something that held Killua back from fighting opponents that were about equal to him because of the needle.
@@theguide3609 This is one of the reasons why I like the characters in HxH over a series like DBZ. The characters such as Zeno fight for the win and benefit of the whole for their faction even if it means going martyr. In DBZ, its straight 1v1 or you bring shame on your family 😂😂
Silva and Zeno are assassins that take combat very coldly, seriously, and professionally - their job is to kill, not have fun in battle; they will take any measures to eliminate the target as quick and easy as possible Hisoka is a fighting maniac; he is the complete opposite of an assassin - he likes to fight his opponents at their strongest/most unrestricted; he will go out of his way to extend the fight so he can see all of his opponent's abilities, thus increasing his own chance of losing; win or lose, he lives for the thrill of a life-and-death fight - and sees battle as almost sort of his equivalent to sex (proven when he got a boner after seeing Gon's immense potential and combat genius); Hisoka takes pleasure in it and uses it as a way to connect to others, albeit in a physically violent way This is the difference between these two opponents of Chrollo
@@African-AmericanGoose there's no "hisoka post resurrection" hisoka must be roughly as strong as he was before dying. and we don't know how capable illumi is either while we know the limits hisoka can go to
Just feels like The whole Batman beats every one with prep time gimmick. Chrollo could defeat Zeno if you give him time to come up with a build. If Chrollo was stopping by wafflehouse and spotted Zeno there out of the blue, Zeno takes it due to Chrollo needing to come up with a strategy on the spot.
@@j-rey- xD I'd argue post partum Nen could be a factor here after feeling like you're going to die from shitting that much. You're always a new person after a good shit.
This already happened and even with Silva and chrollo not trying to kill him Zeno would have died in order to beat chrollo. 1 on 1 both serious Chrollo wins. Even without prep time.
It really only seems like that because it appears that this video uses some correct information and then follows it up with speculative reasoning to get to a conclusion. But that's just my opinion. 🙏🏾
@yureiotakughost9464 I think the difference here is that when Gojo said it it was an expression of arrogance, when Zeno said it he had just finished witnessing the mindset, hatsu and fighting style of Chrollo making it an accurate assessment. I throughly believe Zeno whould be able to kill Chrollo because the only time he would try is on a job and now that he understands how important prep time is to Chrollo he would strip him of that, he would wait to attack when he had an advantage, he would fight to kill rather than stay alive where Chrollo would fight to live and escape and even if Chrollo did die Zeno would probably take a page from Netiro's book and take Chrollo with him. At the end of the day it has nothing to do with power it's just Zeno will do what he needs to in order to seal the deal and Chrollo wants to live.
@Rmobylera Zeno said "Oh I would have won.. But if Chrollo was trying to kill they may be a different story" almost exactly like "If Sukuna was at max power that might be a problem", " But would you lose?", "Nah, I'd win *smirks at camera*"
Tbh..., Zeno was fighting Chrollo assuming Chrollo was stronger than he actually was. He recognized he could steal moves and assumed if he went all out he'd be countered with a 1 shot trump card. Chrollo knew Zeno thought that and fed on that caution to elongate the fight. If it was life or death Zeno would win.
I definitely think you made some good points here, but I still do think it could go either way as Zeno's comments are mostly based in him being CAREFUL and not knowing all of Chrollo's abilities. It's possible that he might lose high-dff, but it's also just as likely that he figures out Chrollo fast enough to do critical damage and kill him, considering how quickly he was able to deduce the fact that Chrollo couldn't fulfill all of his hatsu-stealing conditions while fighting them in a 2 on 1. Still very difficult for either character to win. Also, in the 1999 version, a lot of people don't know that Silva's phone rang before he launched his attack at Zeno and Chrollo, so he missed a bit to spare both of them. I also believe that this could be inferred in the 2011 version from the fact that Zeno trusts that Silva can kill both him and Chrollo with a finishing move, however, when the dust clears after the explosion, both are relatively unharmed. So, Silva most likely held back in the final blow if it did hit them or missed in the 2011 version as well. That, or he's a lot weaker than we thought, but logic and story-telling say otherwise. Great video!
I look at it like this illumi is a rival or equal to pre death hisoka who gave chrollo a max difficulty fight. I personally think illumi is weaker than his grandfather still so chrollo almost certainly dies to full power Zeno but maybe gets a lucky trade. We forgot that Zeno and Silva themselves were both fighting cautiously due to not knowing the conditions for the abilities to get stolen. Which chrollo himself couldn’t get off in that fight. If Zeno and Silva knew for a fact that they couldn’t have their abilities stolen due to the conditions of the fight. They would have murdered chrollo
@factsworld3466 Lol I've been watching videos of this creator for a while and didn't even notice he was 10k subscriber. That just implies how good is the quality of the vids.
Seeing this versus matchup really makes me wish We saw chrollo use more abilities. Perhaps have him come back at the end of chimera ant in an isolated fight vs a rogue squadron leader
Zeno vs Chrollo is kinda one sided tbh. If Chrollo didn’t say he couldn’t defend against Zeno’s Ko, he maybe could’ve won with nen combat, but since he did say that, he honestly has nothing he can do. Zeno has relativity in nen combat with the lean in power and speed to him. He also has the massive range advantage. And his hatsu > MOST of chrollo’s abilities, even in combination with one another like in the fight with hisoka. Zeno wins 60-70% of the time, high-extreme dif, just because Chrollo has the swap technique he used on nobunaga, that could genuinely be useful in this fight. That’s being charitable tho, because he didn’t use this technique against Silva’s attack that could’ve killed him, and Zeno’s dragon lance that was continuously putting him on the back foot and stopping his advancement. If he can’t use this technique effectively in combat, which is implied until otherwise seen, it’s probably closer to Zeno winning 75-90% of the time, or mid dif.
@@Themarch001 Yes. He was asked who’d win, and he said “Me, of course. Though it’d be a different story if you were really trying to kill me.” Not that he would lose, just that his response “me, of course” would be different. It’s not an obvious fight. Name a single thing Chrollo could do to win.
i feel like togashi accidentally scaled zeno and silva down too hard in this arc. killua and illumi would surpass their father and grandfather by the time they are young adults by this arcs logic which makes no sense. especially because we know that the zoldycks are basically top 3 strongest families that we know of(neteros, freecs, and zoldycks) and scale to the dark continent. it feels weird to think that hisoka scales to chrollo and illumi but illiumi scales past his father and grandfather who netero respects highly. especially because aura scaling tends to be in large part hereditary.
this is so bullshit lol there's no "scaling" in hxh, as bisky said you can't expect your opponent to always be in the same condition as you, and this counts more than just your current strength or stamina it accounts for everything, idk what condition zeno and silva were in, but they defeated chrollo with one dragon attack and a ren display, while fighting extremely carefully in order to not get their abilities stolen by the goddamn leader of the phantom troupe chrollo was thinking about capturing them, he had the initiative, he was there waiting for anybody no matter how strong to go and fight him. thinking that such battle has to somehow prove how strong neither of them is, goes against what hxh is, because what would this mean for chrollo as well? the guy was using 10% of his abilities compared to the shit he did in heaven's arena, yet hisoka almost one shotted him with one attack in that battle, does that mean hisoka is somewhat more capable than the zoldycks? no it just means hisoka handled that situation really good, maybe zeno would've gone serious nad beaten chrollo's ass before he got 10 clones out, who knows
Irrestricted Gon>Meruem>Post Mortem Pitou> Prime Netero> Pitou>Pouf>Youpi>Old Netero> prime Zeno>prime Chrollo>=old Zeno=Silva=Hisoka> Illumi. The fact that Hisoka is obsessed with Chrollo means that prime Chrollo is equal or slightly above him. Illumi is rated 95 and Hisoka 100 in his won mind. Prime Silva is kinda far from the legend of Prime Zeno, but prime Silva fought and survived against Young Chrollo and considering he is in his physical peak as the leader of the zoldyck family at the moment, he would be equal to prime Chrollo as also old Zeno is. The Statement that if Chrollo wanted to kill old Zeno from the very beginning in a 1x1 fight and the end of the fight could be different than Zeno killing him, is a pure 50/50 as Zeno left the statement open: he literally didnt speak that he would die, but the fight COULD end different, so they are too close or equal in Power (as Hisoka, who is stronger than Illumi who is above his father and grandfather). The problem to rank for me is Hisoka, Zeno and Silva. Based on Netero’s respect towards Zeno and not seeing Hisoka as a threat,I would say Illumi is 95, Hisoka and Silva 100, Zeno 101 to 104, Chrollo 100 to 105.
Your videos are one of a kind and amazing to me because while we get a lot of Naruto powerscaling videos on UA-cam, we don’t get many HxH scaling videos and I think there’s a large opportunity for this niche to expand. Ultimately, I think you have the best HxH scaling content on YT and you’re definitely going to be at the front of a massive blowup soon. Wishing you much success ❤️
Honestly, this fight is just really hard to gauge lol. We don't know Chrollo's entire ability set, and giving Chrollo prep time to let him get abilities to get a better advantage against Zeno is obviously not gonna happen in a vs match like this. I'd probably give it to Chrollo more often, but either of them can win the fight I'd say.
@@Kakord7 Based on what we do know tho, Zeno has an almost absolute advantage in every aspect of the fight. There’s only one useful hatsu that Chrollo has shown, and it wasn’t used when he was about to die to Silva, so it’s unlikely that it’d be super accessible mid fight, and that is the swap hatsu he used on nobunaga. Everything else doesn’t work.
@@Monty2289 Chrollo has more abilities than we've seen, cmon we shouldn't assume he has ZERO powers that could work well against Zeno. Consider that fact along with the fact that Zeno said if Chrollo tried to kill him, it'd be a different story. This was before Chrollo got his bookmark aswell, which improved his battle prowess by a lot. I'm not saying Chrollo is effortlessly winning, or that he's even winning every time. I'm just saying I think it could be an extreme diff either way, but thay Chrollo would come out on top more often, even if not a lot more often. You feel me?
@@Kakord7 Yes we can. Cause of the way his hatsu works I can't think of that many abilities that are worth having with enemy weak enough to be capture yet strong enough worth having ability to not be. And all of the abilities he has in his posiition that weren't willingly given to him him is proof of that. If Chrollo possessed any ability that was strongest than what he showcased he'd have used them. So you're using my same argument in reverse. Everone is saying that its a coin toss but picking their winner accordingly. It's a deathmatch. So there's only one coin toss. Which I'm giving Zeno. As far as Chrollo not going for the kill I'm blown away at the number of people that though rather Silva or Zeno could be captured alive just because Chrollo BELIEVED he could do it is proof enough he could. And that's crap. That was just not gonna happen.
@@Monty2289 It's a hypothetical death match, imagine the death match 100 times, Chrollo won't win each time and Zeno won't win each time. When someone says it could go either way it means that either of the fighters have a chance of winning. Also, I get your point regarding Chrollo's ability picking, but I wanna make the point that even relatively weak characters can have powerful abilities. Simple does not specifically mean bad, Chrollo's using his own aura output for his stolen abilities anyway, if he steals an ability that works well from a weak person, he now has an ability that works well along with his own way higher aura output; making it a strong ability without the prior weakness of lacking output. It's similar to how Ging copied Leorio's ability and used it way better than Leorio could, cause Ging has a far higher aura output (as well as better skills). I don't think Chrollo had pretty much any chance at capturing Silva or Zeno, what I do think is that Zeno's own admission that a weaker than current Chrollo is a threat to him holds real weight. You can't just throw that statement to the side, current Chrollo is quite a bit stronger than that Chrollo since he has the bookmark sub-ability.
There are just 2 questions that I'm not sure whether or not they were ever answered concerning Chrollo's Skill Hunter hatsu. They will divide into sub-questions: 1) At what point does the time requirement start?? To clarify, at what point does the time to complete the 3 conditions start?? Upon using Gyo?? Upon hearing about how the targeted ability works?? Upon the hand touching the book?? Or is it something else?? 2) If the time to complete the other 3 requirements finishes and Chrollo has yet to steal the ability in question, can he try again at a different point in time?? If so, how many attempts is he given after the first failed attempt??
I love the video, I just wanted to throw in to the conversation that Chrollo also already knew Hisoka's Hatsu's, Where ad he doesn't know what all Zeno can do
I wouldn’t say it’s obvious but the thing about the high tiers in HxH is that regardless of who’s fighting it’s gonna be a high diff fight to some degree. Especially if you fight someone as careful and tactful as a Zeno, Chrollo, Silva and Kurapika
I’d thought that zeno is as powerful as he is because of his old age. Unlike kurapika who’s exchanging his life for power, zeno instead cultivated his by mastering nen. I would still give the nod to chrollo over young zeno. But great video!!! New subscriber here
Leelo PLEASE come back we NEED you to make a "chrollo vs hisoka is obvious" cause these new chapters have me on a chockehold wondering whos gonna win their next battle
Just saying bro, I really enjoy your videos. Your scaling is really good, but I generally like your presentation of information, explaining style, editing style & music choice. It’s a good vibe
I just have to say hard disagree. Name an ability chrollo can use that he currently has that would result in gaining an advantage against Zeno. Because we KNOW Zeno absolutely can beat chrollo with at least 2 moves. Ko, chrollo himself said in ch.99 that he can’t defend against Zeno’s Ko attack. And dragon dive, because dragon lance can pierce chrollo’s side, and dragon dive is stronger, has more AOE, and is less predictable. We know he’s too smart to play into chrollo’s hand as well. Knowing to keep distance, knowing not to let chrollo use big attacks, knowing that chrollo WASNT trying to steal both of their abilities, at least not in combat. We know Zeno has the range advantage, and know that he has stat relativity as well. With at least 2 win cons that can provably work against chrollo, compared to 2 (only ones I can think of being black voice and shrink cloak) win cons that Zeno has shown the ability to avoid either one. Nothing anyone said during that fight implies chrollo is slightly stronger than Zeno, all Zeno said was that the fight wouldn’t be certain if he was going for the kill. Because it’s repeated multiple times that they were being cautious because they didn’t know what chrollo can do. Since we the audience do know what chrollo can do to this moment, I can’t think of a single ability he has that would lead to victory even with 5 years, 10 years, 20 years prep time. Sure, in that time he could pull a spirit bomb out his bum, but we don’t know that, so why would we include that in any kind of debate?
I don’t disagree with you. However, the rebuttal to that is Chrollo was dodging all of their attacks perfectly and they’re trained assassins. Even if they held back a bit, everyone was still holding back. Chrollo fought with the goal of capturing their ability meaning he has trump cards that would be far more lethal. Just that simple fact changes the conversation significantly
@@Lerossignol94 Chrollo wasn’t dodging their attacks perfectly. Got a cut on the cheek against Zeno 1v1, and was hit by dragon lance again 1v1. Relativity in stats that leans towards Zeno since Chrollo being focused on him got cut, and he admitted he can’t defend against his Ko, absolute advantage in range since Chrollo hasn’t shown ranged options, and hatsu advantage since most of chrollo’s hatsu that he’s shown get countered. Again, you can argue all you want that he has a “trump card” in the book, but until we see it, it’s speculation. What isn’t is that he WASNT, I repeat WASNT trying to steal there abilities. He couldn’t, Zeno said this, Chrollo confirmed it. You could argue he wanted to steal one of their abilities, by restraining the other (Silva with the Ben’s knife, Zeno with the shrink cloak) but you can’t argue that Chrollo wasn’t trying to beat at least one of them if you’re arguing anything except that he was just buying time for Illumi to kill the dons. And he couldn’t. Zeno stopped his advance with dragon lance, Chrollo had to switch up strategies twice. And he was half a second away from sure death, Zeno said it was a close shave, Silva told Illumi that Chrollo was just barely still alive, Chrollo lost completely. If his goal was to stall, he failed. If his goal was to steal abilities, he would’ve had to beat one of them, and he failed. If he had a trump card, he should’ve used it then, when death was quite literally all up to luck on if Illumi finished his job or not. But he didn’t. Until you can give a provable win con of his, Zeno has an almost absolute advantage. And no, Zeno being willing to sacrifice himself isn’t going against any of my arguments. They didn’t know what Chrollo could do, stated multiple times. The entire time all they were doing was being cautious and smart. Because Chrollo COULD HAVE had a good hatsu ability to take one of them down, or both of them. Chrollo was dangerous because they don’t know what abilities he could have. No one else in the troupe was. And their job was to assassinate the troupe, not just Chrollo. If one of them needed to be sacrificed so the other can handle the troupe on their own, then it was just a smart move. Zeno didn’t tell Silva to kill him, he said that if Silva had a shot to kill Chrollo to take it, even if it killed Zeno. They were both ready to die, but neither were planning to.
@@bromous1446I see some of your points but dragging this out after Zeno stated that he would lose if Chrollo was being serious, combat wise they’re relative with Chrollo maybe being a bit better since he had to evade Zeno while also keeping his attention on Silva. The two of the also survived a kill shot from Silva (call it luck all you want he didn’t die, and if luck was the case I guess Zeno got lucky too), the only person to be fatally injured by dragon dive was komugi and she’s a blind girl with no combat ability, you had no evidence that backed your statement about Zeno being to smart for any trap/prep set by Chrollo, and finally I’d like to point out 2 things; the first being that Chrollo didn’t even steal the ability fun fun cloth to fight the Zoldycks nor is it meant for combat and he still fended them off, the second being I don’t even think Chrollo hired Illumi to buy time since it was never stated to be the case and furthermore how would he even have found out that they hired the Zoldycks…his plan was always the auction so taking out the Dons would only make sense.
@@nigelseawell4986 Stopped reading the comment after I realized you need to reread ch.98-100 again. Zeno never said he would’ve lost if Chrollo got serious, he was asked who’d win and he said “me obviously” if Chrollo wasn’t going for the kill, and if he was he said “it would be a different story.” Never said he’d lose, just that he wouldn’t obviously win if Chrollo was going for the kill. And it’s consistently shown that Zeno and Silva were entirely in the dark on what Chrollo could do. So it being a “different story” could also just be false. Because Zeno doesn’t know if Chrollo has a technique that actually works against him, and neither do we. Because all of his techniques have been shown ineffective against Zeno’s fighting style and hatsu. Prove he wins after you read the fight again.
If Chrollo wants to permanently kill Hisoka on their 2nd fight then he needs to get Illumi's, Reizor's or Morel's hatsu because of their skills is compatible with sun and moon ability just like Shalnark's and Koltopi's but more flexible.
Would you consider the chrollo fight to be fair either way? Our boy literally played on all of chrollos terms because he waited so long and ended up walking into a low chance of victory 😔 If they run it back on a random battlefield where chrollo cant preplan his abilities, it would be more heated. Hoping that doesnt happen, because I'd rather have chrollo vs kurapika 😂
@@BeastBoy557 hisoka is physically stronger, why would he get close genius ? Still, chrollo is stronger why else would Hisoka wanna fight him. He doesn’t care fighting equals like Illumi.
Chrollo is like the Batman of Hunter x Hunter. He's an extremely competent fighter who can run hands against people he's never met before but he's way stronger with prep time. And I'm not going to say he can beat anyone with prep time because no amount of prep time is going to make him be able to beat the Aunt King just like no amount of prep time is going to make Batman be able to beat whoever the strongest character in DC is Edit: this comment was made before he made the comparison in the video
The Zeno and silvia say that because they are meticulous. If you dont know someone's ability you can get insta dead just like the remote control abilities.
I said the same. There's nothing in Chrollo's immediate tool kit when they met nor is there any hope of Chrollo stealing anything with guaranteed success without drugging/torturing unwilling targets. Except...THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT.
The thing that we should consider while we analyse this fight is what makes each of these characters dangerous . First for chorollo what makes him extremely hard to deal with isn't even number of ability or combination of those ability ( which is dangerous non the less) but the unknown accepts of it. Nobody can attack him nonchalantly or show their card even before starting the fight which means he already has upper hand psychologically. Let's be real hisoka vs chorollo was a handicap on chorollo part. He is extremely smart in figuring out the nen abilities, it's drawbacks and advantages and find the loophole in nen system and take advantage of it we have seen several examples in vs hisoka fight. he turn the disadvantage of copy function into advantage by applying stamp or he take advantage of nen after death to fool hisoka. To say it lightly he is genius Now what makes zeno dangerous. First he is professional assassin from birth. Like hisoka his hatsu is very versatile he can use it for long range attack short range attack, area damage or fly in the sky like dragon. He has other ability outside nen like shadow steps, immune to poison etc. ( i think there are lot more assassination techniques). But what makes him most dangerous is his experience and insight. Don't ever forget he read chorollo like a book in seconds while showing his card as little as possible.and his aura capacity is immanse. I lean more towards zeno as his experience is too bigger then chorollo . He was figuring out chorollo on fly and immediately come up with countermeasures. Plus this dude is too careful so he will not engage chorollo like hisoka did and figure out chorollo plan on fly and adapt. Other than sheer speed or power i couldn't see chorollo dealing with very versatile hatsu of zeno. So it will basically be drawn out battle where zeno engage chorollo from long distance or short distance depending on circumstances. So it comes down to aura capacity which favours zeno heavily. Will it be high deff or low is the question
I think chrollo could potentially have lost without preparing as a prerequisite to fighting Hisoka it would almost be a tie but chrollo wins ultimately having the upper hand of being a specialist and adapting with his deep inventory of abilities !! ^_^
Chrollo's preparation against Hisoka was a very strong determining factor, turning what would have been a really close fight into one where Chrollo never really took a direct hit.
No one ever speaks on this, but I think the hunter that most represents Netero's hunter mentality is Hisoka. Netero spent his life looking for powerful entities stronger than he is and challenging them. His greatest joy came from being a challenger, which was ultimately his demise when he challenged an entity far more powerful than he is when he was a lot less than he was in his prime. Hisoka is the exact same kind of person, allowing people to mature and become "ripe" before executing on fighting them.
Nice, it’s really a hard match for both of them. I’would say that chrollo have 55~60% win rate because of his vast inventary of skills. But only togashi can know that for sure. What about Silva vs Zeno? Can we have a video for that?
@@CesarMalaguti Out of all of chrollo’s abilities, the only one that would help him in a fight THAT WEVE SEEN would be the swap hatsu he used on nobunaga. Every other one gets A.) hard countered B.)Avoided or C.)Aren’t combat applicable (essentially just fortune telling). Every other technique either has a requirement that makes it impossible because Zeno is never open long enough for it to land, can be avoided because we’ve seen Zeno avoid it and know he can avoid it based on the Hisoka fight, or just get destroyed by Zeno’s hatsu and range advantage. While we also know that chrollo said it himself that he doesn’t have the defense to block a Ko attack from Zeno. It’s more in favor of Zeno between 60-70% of the time.
@@CesarMalaguti Agreed. I think Zeno vs Silva would be interesting. So far Zeno has the better feats and portrayal IMO but I wouldn’t be surprised if Silva ended up being stronger right now considering Zeno is getting old
lol dude, if chrollo has a ability that could beat zeno, the conditions of this ability would be really hard to meet, and zeno aint hisoka, he wouldnt just allow chrollo to take his time. - Chrollo didnt have the defenses to block zeno attacks. - Is way less experienced in combat than zeno. - Zeno was able to read chrollo's plan in seconds. - And to be sure that he would win chrollo had to have 9 months of plan against hisoka pre postmortem, a guy who scales to illume, that is weaker than zeno and silva.
Xeno being so caution in theri fight is showing his experience. Unless you know what your opponents hatsu is then there is automatically a much higher level of danger, that is the main reason of his caution that plus him figuring out that bandits secret is an ability stealing hatsu and from his perspective could hold a wide array of different hatsu. The fact that he was still confident he could kill chrollo in a one on one even knowing this mtells me that he is indeed stronger than chrollo even in his advanced age. Plu if he used dragon dive then it would have just been over for chrollo. Dragon dive is such a crazy hatsu
Depends on if Zeno has killing intent or not, and if Chrollo fights him in a random encounter or with prep time. Though, I'd say they're in the same tier overall.
The 1999 version of hunter x hunter is peak, especially during yorknew. Not mention the 1999 version actually gives in more detail to the story and only changes it's artstyle depending on the drawing style like in the hunter exam manga style compared to heaven's arena manga style. So I hope you overall watch 1999 hunter x hunter, it's free on youtube.
Ik this has nothing to do with the video but WE ARE FINALLY HERE‼️In the latest chapter Luffy can use gear 4 attacks in base form please make a video on it 🙌🏾
Gon and Meruem body Ging. Especially Meruem with his insane capabilities and BiQ. Ging just has no feats on their level to make the fight interesting like Hisoka vs Kurapika.
Zeno was probably also holding back trying to understand chrolos intentions , it's important to note that the fantom troop is also their customers ,colateral to lower memebers is ohk but to kill the leader goes against their family values...
The Zoldycks actually took the money from both Chrollo and the Ten Dons, since after Illumi killed the Ten Dons, he controlled them. So Zeno and Silva are just having a race with Illumi who has an easier job. Chrollo on the other hand already knows that the Zoldycks are commissioned by the Ten Dons, but we never know who told him and it could be Illumi himself so that the Zoldycks could take both the payment.
Remember how the phantom troops went to blows because they were arguing about chrollo keeping hisoka around because he's scared and he's don't want to nake an enemy out of him ye so chrollo running away like a B) proves it he was scared
He has the relative advantage in nen combat since Chrollo said he can’t defend against his Ko in ch.99, he has the absolute advantage at range since Chrollo hasn’t shown any ranged options, and he’s shown the ability to counter most of Chrollo’s abilities with his hatsu. He really is a horrible matchup for Chrollo. Mid-extreme dif (depending on how valuable you think the swap technique, the one hatsu Zeno genuinely has no answer for, is useful in a fight. If not at all, it’s mid, if it is useful, anywhere from high to extreme.)
I really like Zeno, but the result is obvious from the fact Zeno was willing to sacrifice himself to kill Chrollo, at the end of the fight. He would lose a 1v1 and he knows it too. I just think he is too smart and well prepared to find himself on a 1v1 against Chrollo.
Didnt manga and anime state clearly that zeno told him chrollo would win if chollos intention was to kill. Togashi always makes 1 on 1s open to intrepatation and debate by leaving things up in the air, its how u keep ppl watching. But chrollo vs zeno is where he threw us a bone. Its a writing strategy
I know I'm late, but there's a fight in baki. until these days. I'm confused about which one is the strongest baki vs. musashi, I don't think baki defeated musashi nether. I think musashi was going all out what your option 🤔
I do say Zeno wins simply due to the fact Chrollo’s win con is prep time and against the zoldycks who he actually relies on the troupe to deal with I doubt Chrollo wins against Zeno Even against Hisoka who has a weaker ability for combat had Chrollo playing extra safe and nearly losing until he got to late game
Zeno and Silva are assassins going up against an enemy they knew almost nothing about, all their statements were based on that. Especially since they are aware that chrollo has multiple techniques Now we've seen chrollo at his strongest (fighting hisoka) it's clear that zeno would've destroyed him in a 1v1
@@EmmanuelGbiaye That’s not fully accurate. Silva fought chrollo and killed an unknown member of the troupe, and he knew that chrollo could steal abilities.

@@jpphilosopher yeah that all he knew. Also Based on feats it's safe to assume that Uvogin would have taken down hisoka without needing to accumulate multiple phantom troupe members abilities. Chrollo wasn't necessarily the strongest member he was just the leader . Even in the face of pure physical strength bungee gum is basically useless .
Zeno would win but not hundred percent that's why he said that if chrollo is fighting to kill him it would be a different story, zeno knows he most likely to win but not absolute. They both have strong nen abilities but zeno mastered his nen abilities while chollo is always on the hunt for abilities. In the hunter hunter if both nen user are equal in terms of power winning a fight boils down to mastery of nen and nen abilities, in addition it is well known that zoldycks are physically stronger than normal human(not all of them).
Chrollo is not stronger than Zeno and Silva simply the two of them limit themselves because there is an advantage of chrollo about the cryptic of his ability: they don't know what kind of abilities he can use and how he can use on them and what's more they enter an environment in whose every kind of trap could already be prepared. Basically, the two assassins hold back a lot and in fact Zeno prefers to act at a distance after having attempted a dual physical approach with Silva. Furthermore, they avoid using powers knowing that he can steal them until they are sure that it is difficult for him to steal them. At that point Silva has the burden of having to avoid fighting up close due to the very powerful poison that is in his circulation although it does not give him an excessive handicap and he prefers to strike from a distance as Zeno had foreseen. At the end of the fight Zeno only says that the outcome would be uncertain if Chrollo prepared to kill him exactly as he did with Hisoka in the celestial arena... then Zeno says that he is no longer sure of kicking his ass... but not that he is stronger in general compared to him. So even Silva, who didn't really expose himself during the fight, doesn't really comment on the matter, simply evaluating how Chrollo's physical skills have improved since the last time. And in the end of the video there's a mistake in the translation of the page because that is not the official one ..when Zeno speak about the strenght of netero says that netero is the only one to survive to MAHA not live..just to say that Zeno is not at all stronger than Netero.. but MAHA was stronger than prime netero... the fact is that I don't think that Zeno is weaker than chrollo..but for sure chrollo is not an easy target...but in the end nen is a unpredictable field where every one could kill anyone in certain condition: who has a more stronger phisical condition, and a more versatile and stronger nen and of course a top use of it at their 100%potential of their inclination and more is the probability to win..
Chrollo can't make the same plan used with Hisoka to prepare against Zeno because Chrollo doesn't know Zenos hatsus. Zenos nen tipe would crush the weaker defenses of an specialist. The only advantage that Chrollos has is his age.
one thing to keep in note is that Silva and Zeno were being carefull and considering most likely a "one hit K.O" kind of ability from Chrollo if they got to close (thing that actually also kinda happened with the poison knife) so the fact that Chrollo didn't get instantly rush and killed and that Zeno ultimatly decided to take Chrollo with him for the well being of Silva and the job, speaks more of the threat of Chrollo and the carefulness of the Zoldycks than a strick 1v1 match or actual strength of the characters
Silva and Zeno are assassins that take combat very coldly, seriously, and professionally - their job is to kill, not have fun in battle; they will take any measures to eliminate the target as quick and easy as possible
Hisoka is a fighting maniac; he is the complete opposite of an assassin - he likes to fight his opponents at their strongest/most unrestricted; he will go out of his way to extend the fight so he can see all of his opponent's abilities, thus increasing his own chance of losing; win or lose, he lives for the thrill of a life-and-death fight - and sees battle as almost sort of his equivalent to sex (proven when he got a boner after seeing Gon's immense potential and combat genius); Hisoka takes pleasure in it and uses it as a way to connect to others, albeit in a physically violent way
This is the difference between these two opponents of Chrollo
@@theguide3609 that's why I usually don't like versus, as a battle's result is almost all about the situation and the characters involved.

Unless Zeno had already been there for a while and was bloated from eating endless waffles. Or was in the bathroom pinching a loaf.
@@j-rey- xD I'd argue post partum Nen could be a factor here after feeling like you're going to die from shitting that much. You're always a new person after a good shit.

The Obvious winner is the one who has both properties of rubber and gum

If he can’t use this technique effectively in combat, which is implied until otherwise seen, it’s probably closer to Zeno winning 75-90% of the time, or mid dif.

i feel like togashi accidentally scaled zeno and silva down too hard in this arc. killua and illumi would surpass their father and grandfather by the time they are young adults by this arcs logic which makes no sense. especially because we know that the zoldycks are basically top 3 strongest families that we know of(neteros, freecs, and zoldycks) and scale to the dark continent. it feels weird to think that hisoka scales to chrollo and illumi but illiumi scales past his father and grandfather who netero respects highly. especially because aura scaling tends to be in large part hereditary.
this is so bullshit lol there's no "scaling" in hxh, as bisky said you can't expect your opponent to always be in the same condition as you, and this counts more than just your current strength or stamina it accounts for everything, idk what condition zeno and silva were in, but they defeated chrollo with one dragon attack and a ren display, while fighting extremely carefully in order to not get their abilities stolen by the goddamn leader of the phantom troupe
chrollo was thinking about capturing them, he had the initiative, he was there waiting for anybody no matter how strong to go and fight him. thinking that such battle has to somehow prove how strong neither of them is, goes against what hxh is, because what would this mean for chrollo as well? the guy was using 10% of his abilities compared to the shit he did in heaven's arena, yet hisoka almost one shotted him with one attack in that battle, does that mean hisoka is somewhat more capable than the zoldycks? no it just means hisoka handled that situation really good, maybe zeno would've gone serious nad beaten chrollo's ass before he got 10 clones out, who knows

Irrestricted Gon>Meruem>Post Mortem Pitou> Prime Netero> Pitou>Pouf>Youpi>Old Netero> prime Zeno>prime Chrollo>=old Zeno=Silva=Hisoka> Illumi.

@@Kakord7
Based on what we do know tho, Zeno has an almost absolute advantage in every aspect of the fight. There’s only one useful hatsu that Chrollo has shown, and it wasn’t used when he was about to die to Silva, so it’s unlikely that it’d be super accessible mid fight, and that is the swap hatsu he used on nobunaga. Everything else doesn’t work.
Zeno is literally his cyptonite based on Chrollo's known move set.
They will divide into sub-questions:
1) At what point does the time requirement start??

And to get a definite advantage and a slight opening Xeno had to sacrifice himself. These are hard arguments against what you’re saying
@@Lerossignol94
Chrollo wasn’t dodging their attacks perfectly.
@@nigelseawell4986
Stopped reading the comment after I realized you need to reread ch.98-100 again.

To say it lightly he is genius
Now what makes zeno dangerous.
Nicely done video
The real strength of Chrollo's nen ability is that given enough time, he can counter any nen user
@@CesarMalaguti
Out of all of chrollo’s abilities, the only one that would help him in a fight THAT WEVE SEEN would be the swap hatsu he used on nobunaga.
Dragon dive is such a crazy hatsu
can you do Youpi vs Pitou next?
Depends on if Zeno has killing intent or not, and if Chrollo fights him in a random encounter or with prep time.
Though, I'd say they're in the same tier overall.
I bet big on the Zoldycks
The 1999 version of hunter x hunter is peak, especially during yorknew.
Not mention the 1999 version actually gives in more detail to the story and only changes it's artstyle depending on the drawing style like in the hunter exam manga style compared to heaven's arena manga style.
So I hope you overall watch 1999 hunter x hunter, it's free on youtube.
Ik this has nothing to do with the video but WE ARE FINALLY HERE‼️In the latest chapter Luffy can use gear 4 attacks in base form please make a video on it 🙌🏾
hunterxhunter batman🤣🤣. that crack me up
Chrollo has had that ability the whole show he got it before the events of the story
Zeno gets active fasho
You should do Hisoka vs Kurapika and Ging vs Adult Gon or Meruem
We've never seen All Ging Capabilities yet.
Hisoka vs Kurapika would be epic
Meruem wipes everyone so 1v1 hypos are boring with him, also Hisoka scales far above Kurapika sadly
I would like to see Pitou x Post-Mortem Hisoka an this Adult Gon x Meruem
Gon and Meruem body Ging. Especially Meruem with his insane capabilities and BiQ. Ging just has no feats on their level to make the fight interesting like Hisoka vs Kurapika.
Zeno was probably also holding back trying to understand chrolos intentions , it's important to note that the fantom troop is also their customers ,colateral to lower memebers is ohk but to kill the leader goes against their family values...
Chrollo with ten shadows on top of what nen ability he has now is my dream matchup
Bro, that beat is so clean I need to know its name
The Zoldycks actually took the money from both Chrollo and the Ten Dons, since after Illumi killed the Ten Dons, he controlled them. So Zeno and Silva are just having a race with Illumi who has an easier job. Chrollo on the other hand already knows that the Zoldycks are commissioned by the Ten Dons, but we never know who told him and it could be Illumi himself so that the Zoldycks could take both the payment.
Chrollo 1v2ing while trying to steal their abilities
Remember how the phantom troops went to blows because they were arguing about chrollo keeping hisoka around because he's scared and he's don't want to nake an enemy out of him ye so chrollo running away like a B) proves it he was scared
What happened to the audio
Zeno wins not even close. Him being able to hit from afar is the worst match up for Chrollo.
Hisoka vs Illumi please 🙏❤
Lets see, one guy fought with killing intent with a top tier nen user as an ally in a 2v1 while the other was playing around. Wonder who would win.
I really like Zeno, but the result is obvious from the fact Zeno was willing to sacrifice himself to kill Chrollo, at the end of the fight. He would lose a 1v1 and he knows it too. I just think he is too smart and well prepared to find himself on a 1v1 against Chrollo.
what is that music from 0:07?
yvngxchris type beat "empathy"
Didnt manga and anime state clearly that zeno told him chrollo would win if chollos intention was to kill.
Togashi always makes 1 on 1s open to intrepatation and debate by leaving things up in the air, its how u keep ppl watching. But chrollo vs zeno is where he threw us a bone. Its a writing strategy
Nice vid
Killua vs uvogin please 😊
I know I'm late, but there's a fight in baki. until these days. I'm confused about which one is the strongest baki vs. musashi, I don't think baki defeated musashi nether. I think musashi was going all out what your option 🤔
Two adult gon victims

W vid 😭
I do say Zeno wins simply due to the fact Chrollo’s win con is prep time and against the zoldycks who he actually relies on the troupe to deal with I doubt Chrollo wins against Zeno
Even against Hisoka who has a weaker ability for combat had Chrollo playing extra safe and nearly losing until he got to late game
Silva one taps
Early Gang.
This whole video disproves the title
Do Hisoka vs Silva
Chrollo has no answer for dragon dive.
Other than this, I see Chrollo edging a victory out
Isn't maha the acrual stronget zoldyk or am I tripping balls?
Zeno and Silva are assassins going up against an enemy they knew almost nothing about, all their statements were based on that. Especially since they are aware that chrollo has multiple techniques Now we've seen chrollo at his strongest (fighting hisoka) it's clear that zeno would've destroyed him in a 1v1
@@EmmanuelGbiaye That’s not fully accurate. Silva fought chrollo and killed an unknown member of the troupe, and he knew that chrollo could steal abilities.
Chrollo at his strongest? Why? He didn't even sweat
@@diegobrando8151 his strongest is getting an army to fight his opponent. This is only useful in closed spaces and for people who can't fly the best chrollo can do with this ability is run if zeno is his enemy. His army can be taken down by Zeno's dragon no problem, he can make more and change their faces though but it'll only be useful for escape.
How is it obvious if you keep saying either could win
Chrollo can't make the same plan used with Hisoka to prepare against Zeno because Chrollo doesn't know Zenos hatsus. Zenos nen tipe would crush the weaker defenses of an specialist. The only advantage that Chrollos has is his age.
Contradicted the title in your conclusion bruh. Clickbait has got to stop
the new Hisoka will be able to kill Chrollo...
Is Hisoka stronger than Zeno and Silva?
No
Possibly yeah but only individually
Now after taking nen after dead into consideration it's likely equal or more powerful.
@@zodrac516 yes
