u missed A HUGE part of the fight which is before gojo landed the ultimate void and sukuna did the 3v1 , u r forgetting how they even came to that point , the only reasion ultimate void hit was becuz sukuna was .0.1 sec late because he was busy healing ( and the IMPORTANT PART u can see that after the ultimate void hit gojo tried to use another domain but realised he cudnt use domain anymore , but sukuna cud as he didnt use rct much , the only thing which stopped sukuan from using domain was because of the stun from ultimate void , so basically if the ultimate void didnt hit it was an much easier win now if u see the sukuna in megumis body , he cud not use domain amplification much because then he wudnt be able to use mahoraga to adapt , so if u consider heinn era sukuna who wanted to actually beat gojo and not focus on becoming stronger , he cud easily stall the 5 domains with amplification , and with his 4 hands he wudnt have taken much dmg from hand to hand combat and hence wudnt have had to spend time healing and wudnt have been late to domain by 0.01 sec , hence sukuna wud win
