If someone who has L5-S1 herniated disc please try these kinds of excecise combine with gentle swimming. It is very helpful, i had L5-S1 herniated disc and sciatica, i was unable to walk and it was very painful experience but after i try these excercises i am able to walk even run again. This is simple yet powerfull excercises.
I have had five back surgeries and I do this video before I start and after I am done with Marzena other exercise video’s that I have a group of 20 ladies 3 times a day 6 days a week we exceruse with her videos. Marzena has been the best for helping me everyday to strengthen my back and whole body and my PT has incorporated this video at the pool for PT.for other back surgery patients.. Again another great video for me to work out to. I have a right locked hip. I can not stand up straight without raising my heel up off the floor. It's killing me. Please help with this? I do as much as I know to try to straighten that leg out in the water.

Have you tried to talk to a doctor or physical therapist? Maybe some particular exercises or treatment will be advised
