TENDER SOY SAUCE BEEF With Carrots QUICK & EASY | Aunty Mary Cooks 💕

Tender Soy Sauce Beef With Carrots quick and easy Aunty Mary Cooks. This beef with carrots cooked in a soy sauce seasoning is very tender and delicious. It’s very good with plain rice. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe of tender soy sauce beef with carrots.
Ingredients
500g beef rump steaks, cut into cubes
1 big carrot, peel and cut into thin wedges
1 small knob of ginger, slice thinly
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
2 spring onions, cut into sections
Marinade for Beef
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp oil
Seasoning
2 Tbsp sugar (I used unrefined sugar)
1 tsp corn starch
2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/3C soy sauce
3/4C water
1 tsp sesame oil
Note :
1. Beef rump steak quick to cook and is tender.
2. Can add another tablespoon of sugar if you prefer it a little sweeter.
