Just thought I would share some encouragement! I did one of their cardio videos 5x last week (weekend off) and very other day added one of their workout videos, While eating right,I lost 5 lbs! I'm now 155, I haven't lost weight so fast! It feels great, keep working hard!

Its important for moms to get some time for themselfs and even work on their bodies! Today was my first time of doing this and i found out that is was hard for me, thats because i didnt went to the gym for almost 8 years, so! And now I already did this and the butt and thigh workout aswell just today! I'm going to do these things twice a day on working days and once on saturday and once on sunday! Let's go to a healthier body! Thanx Cafe mom studios for posting this, so we can do this at home!
Thank you for putting modifications in your workouts. I have osteoarthritis in my back and cannot do lots of bouncing. I was so happy to find an effective workout that would not hurt my back.

Really love your workout. I enjoy it without looking at the clock wishing the time will fly faster so I can stop. Haha. I have more energy everytime I do this. I'm 11 weeks after c-section but I can catch up with this workout. Thanks!!
I really enjoy this workout!!! i normally do Jillian Michaels but found this and i love it!!! I switch between them both. This really makes me sweat and feeling great after!!!!!

Did kickboxing for the first time. A little music in this video would be soooooo great!
I use my own playlist! I make one on youtube and title it "workout playlist", gather songs that I like, so when I workout I open a new tab and play it at the same time as watching this. It works well together, since the moves are easy to follow and her voice is still audible if I adjust the volume :)

So sad!!! All of a sudden there are tons of ads on this video. I have been doing this workout for years now and all of a sudden there were at least 6 ads that kept interrupting the workout. :( It was pretty frustrating because I kept having to stop in the middle of reps to deal with the ads.

I've been doing this workout for almost 2 weeks...everyday. I'm wondering how many calories do I burn with this workout?
I like this video, but I feel like some music would be beneficial to keep tempo, especially in the earlier sets. Some of the "slow" moves were as fast as the quicker ones.

The low punch is very bad for your knees. You need to be on your toes or you will hurt your knees!! Bad for all around!!

Hi one questions, why de purple girl doesn´t do the correct exercise?
Generally there's usually one person doing lighter activity for people to follow if they can't keep up (the purple one) and usually someone else doing a way more advanced one
