This is exactly why I watched this video. I was cleaning today and wondered where they hooked onto. What are they for? Must be for a different stage of the 4-in-1
If you look under the seat pad there’s longer elastic, you pull them backwards to the back of the car seat and there’s plastic hooks above the “store your instruction manual here” sticker
It is VERY difficult to install these!!! The hooks are located THOUGH the seat. You will see small sliver-cracks in the corner where the pad lays. After you pull the tiny straps through the tiny cracks look at the big sticker that says “6 Recline Positions” you will see the hooks by the bottom corners closest to the back of the seat. I used a small thin wire and a toothpick to help me get them through the crack and on there. It’s very tight! It helps I’d you keep the 2 buttons unfastened while you do the hooks. GOOD LUCK!
You are, you have to take the seat down to the booster configuration. Then there are two rods that hold the belts in to the frame. Slip them and the belts will come free on that end, the Y attachment is the other end and you can just free it from the connector and the belts will come completely out.
So just in case anyone wants to know. Those four hoops on the bottom of the seating pad are just pure stupidity. Don't worry about them. Just button the damn thing and call it a day.
Took me half an hour to figure out. I'm fairly certain It goes on the headrest under the pad. The bottom white plastic tab goes under the Styrofoam and the loops go under the headrest position tab and loops on the back at the same spot the head rest cover loops top. It's the perfect size for it and zero instruction videos show where it goes otherwise..
For all who are fighting with the loops, a small piece of copper wire ($2/ft) from any home center fashioned into a hook tool, will save you time and many grey hairs.
So...trying to make sure my sons seat is safe after cleaning and having a hard time putting it back on and researching a video to help me do this isn’t considered “figuring it out” 🤔
Hey include more about the loops especially behind the main inner seat pads!
Pa i’k

Omg I was just about to comment this. I’m like where the heck do these long elastics go!!
If you look under the seat pad there’s longer elastic, you pull them backwards to the back of the car seat and there’s plastic hooks above the “store your instruction manual here” sticker
There is also a smaller elastic and that attaches to the lumbar portion of the back of the seat
Vomit brought me here for the two small elastic seat pad strap debacle. Come to find out, they are like the seashells in Demolition Man.
That is why we’re here too 😂
@@Illustrat_E you got this! 🤣
Me too! And the throw up! Lol
Me too
Me too
Awesome video! This video was great and very easy to follow!😍😍😍😍
Not sure why people were confused by this. This was super easy, I got the seat cover off and back on very easily. Thank you!
This video doesn't cover all the steps with the loops behind the main seat pad hence the confusion.
There’s extra elástica on the seat cushion she didn’t discuss. They serve purpose to prevent the seat cushion from sliding forward when breaking
I can't thank you enough for making it so easy.
Thanks for making it so easy😊
Mine has 4 elastic straps UNDER the seat pad. No mention of what they attach to!
This is exactly why I came here to watch and nothing.
Exactly why I’m here as well and every video is missing those steps. Manual is too confusing to see what they’re attaching them to.
That’s why I came here too.. I found where the longer ones go-on the underside but still have no clue for smaller loops

@@georgeabrams6964 😊 thanks!
Thank you so much for this video ... you saved me a lot time and effort ... very easy instructions
That was a minor pain in the ass. I'm grateful for your video. God willing my kid never pukes in the car again
Vomit brought me here. 😭
Me too! Lol
I had 2 kids take out 2 Graco seats in the same trip. Needless to say this is why I'm here as well.
Same
Haha same
Where can I get a cover replacement?
Where do you get the replacement parts
I got one part”lift to release” I’m not sure where to put this?
How are you able to remove the harness straps??

Thank you!
Theres a do not remove pad that my son removed i cant figure out where it goes now

Same for me lol

Thank you for this video

Can you share a demo?!
Or a crochet hook!
My 2 hoops at bottom also has 2 clasp
I don’t have any buttons just loops
My 4ever has more to it than this does. So this video wasn’t very helpful :(
seat belt sequence is wrong
H8 the cup holders lol
For those who find it difficult...sometimes in life you just got to figure it out.
So...trying to make sure my sons seat is safe after cleaning and having a hard time putting it back on and researching a video to help me do this isn’t considered “figuring it out” 🤔
Very confusing. Really could have been more detailed. Didn’t help AT ALL
A terrible video really. It doesn't show much.
Yeah this was not through or helpful at all
