Also in attendance were Greg Hill,Harry Leary,Eric Rupe,Clint Miller,Nelson Chanady,Andy Patterson and Brian Patterson.A great BMX event which they also did in 1985.I just can’t believe it’s 40 years ago.Where’s the time gone!😿
Great job guys, thanks Hollywood for sharing some cool stories. Letting people who perhaps only know of you through the magazines, & at the races from afar get to know more about you. Going to have to check out Dirty Knobs podcast for sure. And thanks Mike for ending on a serious note, and talking about how the sport has given us lifelong friends. And with all the stuff life is throwing at us we're only alone if we choose to be. 👍🤙✌️
Thanks a bunch Jeff! Glad you liked it! Definitely check out Dirty Knobs; it's a wild ride! And you're so right about friendships in this sport-couldn’t agree more! Have a good week buddy!
Diggin' the new podcast, guys. Keep it up! Fun fact - I work in the bike shop in Galveston, Tx where Hollywood bought that Pro Guard. Also, I met Tim last year at the Texas BMX Classic. Hope to see you Nebraska guys again this year! Ride on, fellas. 😎🤙🏁
Thanks for watching the podcast! It's awesome to hear about your connection to the bike shop and the BMX scene. Hope to see you again at the next event!
Absolutely! The downhill track at Woodward was known for its thrilling speed and awesome features. The first year it had a lot of rocks in it! I crashed and took the skin off my left hand! Good thing the Woodward nurse took care of me!
Great show Hollywood is one of the all time greats ❤
We agree whole-heartedly!

I was at 84 murray world cup. My 1st national in 12 novice. Got smoked but what a blast. Huge race
Haha, getting smoked can be a rite of passage! It's like being in a race with a cheetah-just remember, they can’t take your enthusiasm away!

I really appreciate your support! It means a lot that you enjoyed the Hollywood pics!
Met Hollywood in Charlotte NC at a NBL WOS national. The track was busy on the the Charlotte Motor Speedway infield. So cool.
Sounds like an amazing experience! Meeting Hollywood at such a busy event must have been unforgettable.
Awesome podcast!!! I smoke n race cause the coughing keeps my gut in check from all the beer i drink.
Who knew coughing and racing could be the secret to balancing out those beer indulgences? Keep that unique strategy going! And, thanks for watching!
Great podcast!

Don't worry, your black Vision jean jacket is probably out there starting its own fashion trend! Thanks for watching!
