    Excellent vdo lecture on L&D nd T&D on HRM bt as a professional in my opinion according to the modern management theory Organizations today r very complex nd r manned by complex nd rmanned by complex individuals with different needs nd motives.As a result it is impossible to apply universal mgmt.principles.As per the complex employee view people harbor different motives.Their motives change with time or or as they shift from one organization to another or one department to another.They also learn new motives so it is impossible to choose a single management strategy to deal with all the employees.T&D is related to different Training Methodologies for skill development of the employee rt.from grass root level to Top lavel executives.Good trainers r the backbone of any Sector or organization or Industries or business etc.Managing life is not much different from managing an Organization.Well HR Audit is essential for self renewable in HR as an overall Perspective.It also enables checks against some accepted standards nd principles.HRD audit has become very popular.HRD audit have been able to reap good benefits nd results for OD nd OB.Implementation of the policies, strategies evaluation, orientation nd update with new technologies r the imp.factors. It is a continuous process with broad field.Since its a competitive World so HR is the need of the time in present scenario and for future to achieve excellence nd positive Productivity.Psychology also played a vital role.In my opinion it is a strong bonding chain correlated with each other.If chain is weak output is not upto the expectations.There r different Training skills bt.the important point is how HR climate,top mgmt.styles,HR culture, attitudes nd communication etc.is to be checked nd maintained in any field in brief in my opinion.Vry Inspiring lecture nd it is a very Vast field.I find the lecture vry good nd useful too.Thanx👍👍
