iPhone struck on do not disturb in iOS 16, do not disturb won't turn off in iPhone, cannot turn off do not disturb on iPhone, iOS 16 do not disturb not turning off.
Every time there’s an update do not disturb starts on its own. I have it scheduled between 00.01 and 06.59 every day due to family messages at night waking me up. But it stays on after the schedule time and doesn’t stop without me physically turning it if. Then the next day it happens again. And I’ve tried everything including turning of the auto feature and resetting the schedule after deleting and turning the iPhone off and on again. I’m literally not getting woken up! My work alerts and calls get missed. I’m so tired of having to reset the thing!!!
The first approach worked for me but bizarrely it also reset my wallpaper. It was simple enough to change back through settings though. Thanks for the fix!
@Teresa Smith I found this video perfectly easy to understand. But even if I hadn’t been able to interpret the presenter’s accent, that wouldn’t have mattered; each step is accompanied by a visual of what you will see on your iPhone as well as a banner with written instructions. So go back, mute the sound on your device, and rewatch! And ask yourself: since the video is addressing a problem with a piece of global technology, on an internet platform (UA-cam) used all over the world, why should its creator tailor the voiceover to an American audience? The video has visual aids and English captions! In addition, there are thousand of other iPhone help videos; instead of attacking this video, why not simply find one you like better?
Apple Tech page is the best!! Like @Jus Luv Music, I have been struggling with this issue for months, ever since an update changed my phone’s Do Not Disturb settings!! This solution worked instantly!
Apple making this more painful than needed

Thank you! I don’t even know how it got turned on! I’m tired of Apple 😒
Mine is still not working
Could not spin the pipe to tighten. The winder bars kept falling out. Now the cables are not guitar tight
There are other phones beside iPhones
I did all of that and it’s still on!!!!
On the control center, if you hold down the do not disturb tile, it will turn off
yes!!
You can also ask Siri to turn it off
Didn’t work for me
Second video I watched. I have tried all this and nothingIt's on for good apparently.
I have tried all of these suggestions and non work. Have never turned on no disturb OR set a schedule. Just won't turn off!
❤❤❤
Thanks a lot. Solution1 worked for me
easiest thing to does tell Siri to turn off do not disturb
Did not work for me. I don’t see a the focus feature when I swipe.
Same here. I hate technology. You follow instruction and hit a spot when something is not there.
I may go back to flip phone.
None of your suggestions work
Still will not turn off.
🙏🙏🙏
didn't work for me.
Me neither?
none worked, still stuck in do not disturb, hate iphone
Mine would not turn off even after deleting schedule so I asked a siri to turn it off and the moon disappeared!
#4 was a bit too obvious. You forgot you can ask Siri too. However, it keeps randomly coming on. How to prevent that?
Buy an android phone
@@hatwarm will imessage work and will it sync with my apple watch functions, mac, and ipad too then? Did not realize Android could do that, will it?
Did all that and nothing... cloud over me I guess😠
I am sure this is good advice, but I have no idea what she is saying.
cannot understand you !!!!!!!!!
Just, why? And then all of the complicated blah blah blah
I’ve done all this and it still says my shit is silenced. Curse you Apple. I’ve never had this many problems when I had my android
Cannot understand a word you are saying! Put an American on here to talk
