I believe that since Devon does a lot of statics and microroms in the same specific angle every time (elbow angle), he is very very strong in just that specific angle/position.
That's why if he gets dragged out of that position, he loses all his strenght and must rely on desperation move...

Interesting, but yeah that kind of made him one dimentional, you just need to open his arm or elbow flexor any how, and you have a very good chance

I can tell you the more hand control you have the better your endurance will be.

endurance is being more efficient than someone else. train everything, dont just be a kingsmover

How to be efficient in king move technique:
      1. *Never hold on to anything* ( mean leave your fingers relax when gripping opponents hand, *except the thumb* )
Why ? If you hold on to something mean when your opponent pronating, it directly attacks your weakest link in the hand which is the fingers, and another benefit is make your hands less fatigue during the match. Therefore save tons of energy.
      2. *Winning height game, strong riser*
If you have the high ground game, then you’ll use less pronation power to pronate through opponents fingers due to the fact that your opponent lost their high ground and get to hold on to you.
Riser is very endurance muscle, you
should lock your radial deviation even in the setup
      3. *drag through pronation & lats, not fingers*
This is a specific topic where the “Kick back” technique is the best example i could give, it’s to drag your opponent while kicking your wrist backwards to bring more Height and Pronation & move your elbow closer to you to the very the end of the elbow pad. This will works better with strap being applied.
      4. *squatting with internal rotation*
This is simple, whenever you started to feel like your pronation failing when your opponent go to side or tried to cup, just squats down and rotate your arm structure for more pronation.

      For training,
Meh idk, just do tons of static, hold, and 1RM with lots of table time
But tbh, it’s all about tendon
Cardio sure do make difference in muscle endurance ( sources free )
In the end, it’s about strength sport yk?

Why pull ups and chin ups are insufficient and hummer curls are usefull ?

    • @bosskiller9770
      @bosskiller9770 18 днів тому +2

because hammer curls trains the movement to atmwrestling better than pull and chin ups
