@@CustomLivinginTexas if someone buy house in current market, they looking almost paying 900K interest charges for 30 years for 650k price house, I have no idea, how come home owner get his money back after 30 years, He had to sell it for almost 1.6 million for same house when he wants to sell it, plus home owner not going make any damn single penny in equity over 30 + years
@@rajgoud9927 Depending on where you live prices have Gone up. But i'm sure people were refinance if they're gonna live there for a thirty years or they would have sold that house after the first ten to twelve years and moved on to somewhere else. You couldn't convince me to rent that house at the average of three thousand a month for thirty years.
lol we rent it for 1k per month good apartment, you already know the truth what you saying not sustainable in long term, turning homeowners to homeless with foreclosures
I been in that home, the people are very friendly and answered all my questions.
For the most part i've been impressed with grand homes as a builder.
Very appealing from outside, didn't impress me with the plan. Don't know what it is..... the interior design? .....too many corners. Sorry!
Didn't like the kitchen. Would prefer cabinets and double ovens. Two sinks would be nice also. What is the price?
What was the square footage, bedrooms/baths & price?
The model is 4 beds, 3 baths, 3547 - 4046 sqft.
@@CustomLivinginTexas Still, what is the price?

Beautiful home. Probably for sale because it would cost a fortune to heat and air condition the home..
Good idea 💡 to get solar on any home in Texas.
That’s expensive. And there’s no space. Cookie cutter. Rip off
I am about to post another custom house in the next five days that is true luxury. Be sure to subscribe.
$800 to $900k isn't "surprising low"
I am thinking to move to my car from my 5 bedroom house. Materials never make me happy.
Over priced crap
Maybe not in ten years
