LDS rocks Christianity, and they LOVE Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 11:4 tells us to be on guard for a different Christ. Which Christ do the LDS love?
1. The Jesus who was created/organized in pre-existence and then became a God over time?
2. The Jesus who has always existed, always been God, and has never been anything less than God? (Colossians 1:16-18 & Psalm 90:2)

It has been taught by general authorities that:
"If you ever leave the LDS Church, say goodby to everything important and everything that matters. There is no greater purpose that being a part of the LDS Church. And by the way, all other religions are corrupt."
This often leaves ex-mo's in the state of depression because of how they have been raised. Showing people that they can follow Christ out of the LDS Church and even grow deeper in their understanding of Him and His gospel of grace can be very beneficial and edifying. I can vouch that a lot of people care about this.
