I've been watching these videos for awhile and have been impressed with a number of places that I'd like to visit someday. As a home cook/baker I'm fussy about how ingredients are taken care of, waste, and cleanliness of the enviroment that my food is prepared in. I would have no problem eating anywhere that I've seen in these videos. I wish I could say the same about where I live here in the USA.
The dedication to perfection, cleanliness and presentation are incredible! Meticulous and consistent, these people should get awards for their food production. I can only watch, but never taste these masterpieces of culinary art. I can only wish!
