Hey coming back to give you feedback on the awesomeness of this. I watched the vid two days ago. Yesterday a guy I was rolling with ended up in in turtle and I was like "f*ck it". Got the grip, rolled over, straight into bow and arrow, tap. The dude, was like seriously, wtf was that. It was awesome, the most seamless back take and submission for me. Cheers.
Thank you so much for this. I have been hitting this a lot and it works incredibly well. I find it is tough to get the two lapels but the no-gi version (using a seat belt grip) works really well even in the gi.

I've tried this three times now. First time it worked nicely, the next two times I flopped on my head. After watching it again, I wonder if the last two times I was trying it too fast
when you already cover the turtle, could you pls also show what im supposed to do in the turtle (gi) as a white belt ? how to escape (against seat belt) and all this ?

Hey coach Tom big fan of the channel. I’ve been meaning to get back into rolling but am in the middle of getting a sleeve tattoo. I have an appointment a month for the next 4 months. I was thinking let it heal for 2 weeks. Roll for 2 weeks repeat? Curious your thoughts.
Good question. Yes I always took time off after tattoos (Iv had approx. 100hrs myself). I don't roll for a good week or two afterward. (-: Coach Tom Davey
