Why are you clinging to the wall instead of helping your team in Glowfly Rush?

As the Flingza Roller player in a Salmon Run rotation of Flingza Roller, Jet Squelcher, Splatana Stamper, and Luna Blaster on Gone Fission Hydroplant during Glowfly Salmon Rush, I went to the correct part of the stage to funnel the rushing Salmonids through one chokepoint. The job of my teammates is to weaken the Goldies before they get to the roller and toss eggs into the basket. Two of my teammates figured this out. The last teammate was hugging a wall on the other side even though he wasn't the target of the Salmonids!
