- 35 years ago, 26-year-old Hua Yunqing and his 1-year-old daughter Huahua took a photo by the Lake and tower at Jinshan Hill, Zhenjiang city of Jiangsu province. The story:
Yunqing was 26 when he took the first photo while his daughter was just a one-year-old. At first, he didn’t have any plans to make this into a tradition. But all of that changed when he actually saw the first photo and absolutely loved it.
“I didn’t have any thought of doing the same thing again but when I got the photo back, I liked it so much that when we went back the next year I repeated it,” he explained.
“After that, it became sort of the family tradition and we did it every year with only one break in 1998 when my daughter did not join us for the family holiday and was abroad,” Yunqing pointed out that there was a small gap in the photos.
Things changed quite a lot over the years. His daughter grew up into a beautiful woman and started a family of her own and that meant that Yunqing became a grandpa. Hua Hua’s first daughter was born in 2008 while her second daughter came into this world in 2012.
“When I started, I never guessed that I’d still be doing this when I was in my 60s and my daughter is now no longer alone, she is a mother-of-two,” he said, adding that he was pleasantly surprised by the positive reactions to the family photos online, even though he didn’t expect to continue the tradition forever.

If you have ears to hear, hear and understand you are probably one of GODS lost sheep that needs to be found there is this hole in your heart and you tried many times and many things and many ways to fill it and still are but it’s not working and it keeps getting bigger and bigger you would be around multiple people and still feel lonely and work so hard to take those bad thoughts away etc but let me tell you JESUS is the one who can fill that whole in your heart JESUS is that missing piece you’ve been looking for, that peace that’s never ending that true love and joy and happiness it’s in JESUS not of this world but of the kingdom of heaven and if you want to accept him in your heart all you have to do is believe in the gospel A-admit that you’re a sinner and that you need forgiveness, B-Believe that JESUS CHRIST died for your sins and rose again, and C-Confess your faith in JESUS CHRIST and his lordship over your life and you will be saved and this amazing feeling is not a drug it won’t last a couple hours but forever eternally bc it is not of this world but of GOD who sits on the throne of heaven forever and ever HALLELUJAH

What a lovely memory and keepsake. I hope they continue this tradition for ever, even if the little grandchildren have grown up and have children of their own. It's a wonderful thing to do and see the change over the years, especially by keeping the memories surrounding the pictures alive every time they look at them.
