I think that I am one of the luckiest people for having seen Spiritualized in Amsterdam right after Let It Come Down came out. What better time? I bought two bags of Mushrooms, one intended for my brother. He declined, so I ate his, and my God!

Not a fan of the saxophone I have to admit. I do miss this band combo tho.
He adds the element of free jazz to the mix. Not to mention playing that thing requires a fair amount of skill. Cheers mate X
Sometimes it feels like it’s too much but for some songs like Electric Mainline, it suits very well and excels the studio version
