For 30 days, I went on a Social Media AND Smartphone Detox. Why? Well, I was starting to realise I had a severe addiction to both my phone and social media, so I took a drastic approach (with my own spin on it) and removed both from my life. It was truly a life-changing experience.

Very brave of you 😂 It kinda sounds and looks liberating but I don't think I'd ever be able to do it!
Not sure if you can do this on iPhones but on my phone I can set a timer for a particular app so after lets say after 30 minutes it locks the app until the next day therefore limiting how often you go on it.

Hahah yeh 30 days was a long time tbh 😅 but that’s great you use the timer function, I’ve started using that and it’s super helpful!
