The average consumption shown here is of no interest to a normal driver. Who drives 150-170 kmh or faster, how often and, above all, where?
This is not a car for speeders! I drive 30-50 kmh in the city, 90 kmh on the main road and a maximum of 130 kmh on the motorway. Often in electric mode.
I have an overall average of 5.0 l. For me the Symbioz is practical, very comfortable, well equipped and safe.
@@MrReini1963 we have also another pov video with country road drive with normal driving conditions.
ua-cam.com/video/WHWs_RafDGs/v-deo.html
It looks better in the other video. I haven't had my Symbioz for long, but I've already managed 4.2 l just in the city.
But there are also average vehicles of this size that need much more than 8 l at 180 kmh...
@@MrReini1963 Sorry - did you try any other car on test drive before buying Renault? Or maybe you got really great deal for the Symbioz? I mean thera are Cupra available for the price of 35000 eur. Which is two heads above any Renault car.
@@ivanh9567 No, I haven't test driven any other cars. Not even the Symbioz ;))) I just read and looked at a lot of test reports. I can't and don't want to plug in a plug-in hybrid. I don't want an engine with 150-300hp and 250km/h. I don't want to drive around 2 tons, 1.5 tons is enough. I want a normal, sensible car that I like.
In Austria the cheapest Cupra Terramar ALPHA 1.5 e-TSI 150 PS DSG costs 35,899.99 €. Fuel consumption (combined) 6.1 l/100 km
My Symbioz 5.0 l/100Km
@@ivanh9567 No, I haven't driven any other car, not even test-driven the Symbiotz. ;))
Why should the Cupra be so much better? I don't like it. The trunk is smaller... I don't need a plug-in hybrid. I don't want a car with a 150 hp combustion engine where the tax and insurance costs a lot more.
In Austria, insurance tax: Renault Symbioz 94 hp - Co2 107 g/kmTax 120 euros per year
Cupra Leon 150 hp - Co2 133 g/km 691 euros tax per year.
How is fuel consuption on highway?
please see the speedometer, we did start reset fuel consumption at beginning of video and you can see how much fuel consumption is on speedometer bottom right.
9.8l 😳.... PUG 508 1.6 eHDi with 6 speed gearbox (robot) at 140 km/h 4,9l to 5,2l max.. Symbioz only for town or short distances, not for a long trips 😕
Why do you think that
@@paulhall8146 due to consumption on the highway.
I was thinking to change a plug in on symbioz 😂 but mine does on highway 3.8-4.2 with a speed of 110 km/.
Lol, it seems like front and back of this car are designed by different designers
And this welcom sound when entering a car is a cherry on the cake from the Renault genoiuses engineers. Ahaha
Renault symbioz 2025
Boring, uninteresting and uneconomical car.
And only 170 km/h?? The slight decline of Renault.
pretty much just a slightly different looking captur but with some nicer things on it
@@MrMislav well I see what your saying but many would disagree. Fits nicely in the range of cars, step up from Captur and fair price for what you get. Motorway limit is 70 here so won’t need to go above 110. Has many comforts and looks stylish. All round a great car for the price
At least with the Captur u have a choice to be boring or choosing a nippier 1.3 TCE
@@paulhall8146 Symbioz is a great choice in the Compact Class. Better than any Golf or Audi. It´s affordable and good looking. It will be maybe my choice next Year 2026.
