Can't hide that sh*t from me. I can only imagine his struggle. Lots of love to him and others suffering. There is hope, but you have to work and work, and it is exhausting. Unless you go through it, it's impossible to understand. I got much better once I realized most of it comes from being sensitive to and absorbing energy from other people and the environment. If you have anxiety, it means you are EXTRA...in a really good way! You just need to understand that. Peace!
